ÖZET BORABAY GÖLÜ (AMASYA) ALG FLORASI Abdil EREN Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi 2000, 63 Sayfa Danışman: Prf. Dr. Zekeriya ALTUNER Jüri: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Yusuf YANAR Jüri: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Mustafa DURAN Bu araştırmada Haziran 1998-Mayıs 1999 tarihleri arasında Borabay gölünün (Amasya) bentik alg florası incelenmiştir. Ayrıca göl suyunun bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal analizleri de yapılmıştır. Borabay gölünün bentik alg florası aylık periyotlarla alınan örneklerde incelenmiştir. Florada Bacillarıophyta dominant alg grubunu oluşturmuştur. Bacillariophyta'dan Cymbella affmis, Navicula cyrptocephala, Cyclotella menenghiniana ve Nitzeschia palea bunu Chlorophyta'dan, Spirogyra weberi, Mougotia scalaris, Ulothrtx suptilissilma, Cyanophyta'dan Micrositis aeuginosa, Oscillatoria limnetica diğer taksonlara oranla daha yaygın ve yoğun olarak görülmüştür. Epilitik ve Epifitik florada, araştırma süresince aylara göre büyük bir değişiklik görülmeyip zengin bir alg florasına rastlanmıştır. Epipelik florada mevsimlere göre bir değişme görülmüştür.

Doç. Dr. Yusuf YANAR Jury: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Mustafa DURAN In this research, the benthic algal flora of the Borabay lake has been studied between the June 1998 and May 1999. Some of the physical and chemical analysis of lake water, have olso been done. The benthic flora and their water analysis of the lake Borabay was studied sompled with monthly intertal, samples taken from monthly the like. The dominant algae group was Bacillariophyta. Cymbella qfflis, Navicula cryptocephala, Cyclotella meneghiniana and Nitzchia pdlea were identified the Bacillarophyta. Second dominant algae group was Chlorophyta represented by the species Spirogyra weber, Mougotia scalaris, Ulothrix suptilisrilma. The dominant alge group was Cyanophyta in which Micrositis aeruginosa and Oscillatoria limnetica were identified. These three groups were more common and denser then any other groups in the benthic flora. During the reserarch period, no major change in epilithic and epiphytic flora was detected. Howewer a seosenal change in quality and quality of the epipelic flora was opserved during that period.
