Özet
Bu araştırma, Hz. Muhammed'in (sav) Eğitim Anlayışının Günümüz Öğretmen ve Öğrencileri Açısından Algılanışı ve Uygulanabilirliği konusunu ele almaktadır. Manevi değerlerin eğitimdeki artan önemine dikkat çekerek, bu anlayışın çağdaş pedagojik yaklaşımlarla ne ölçüde örtüştüğünü, öğretmenler ve öğrenciler tarafından nasıl algılandığını ve mevcut eğitim ortamlarında uygulanabilirliğini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim (fenomenoloji) yaklaşımıyla yürütülen bu çalışmanın evrenini İstanbul'un Başakşehir ilçesindeki okullar oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılar ise, uygun örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise düzeylerinden toplam 10 öğretmen ve 12 öğrenci olmak üzere 22 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, Hz. Muhammed'in (sav) örnek olma (üsve-i hasene), adalet, merhamet ve bilginin amel ile bütünlüğü gibi değerler eğitimiyle doğrudan ilişkili temel pedagojik ilkelerine odaklanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, bu manevi modelin günümüz eğitim sistemindeki algılanış biçimlerini ve potansiyel entegrasyonuna ilişkin görüşleri ortaya koymuştur. Çalışma, teorik olarak Hz. Muhammed'in (sav) eğitim anlayışını modern pedagoji ve değerler eğitimi bağlamında analiz ederek literatüre bir bakış açısı sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Pratik açıdan ise, öğretmen ve öğrenci algılarını ortaya koyarak, bu anlayışın günümüz değerler eğitimine potansiyel katkılarına ışık tutmayı ve öğretmen eğitim programları ile müfredat geliştirme çalışmaları için potansiyel yol haritaları sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

This research addresses the topic of The Perception and Applicability of the Educational Philosophy of Prophet Muhammad (saw) from the Perspective of Today's Teachers and Students. The study aims to determine the extent to which this spiritual philosophy aligns with contemporary pedagogical approaches, how it is perceived by teachers and students, and its applicability within current educational settings. Employing a qualitative research design with a phenomenology approach, the study's population consists of schools in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul. Participants were selected using a convenience sampling method, comprising a total of 22 individuals: 10 teachers and 12 students from primary, middle, and high school levels. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants. The research focuses on the core pedagogical principles of Prophet Muhammad (saw) directly related to values education, such as being a role model (Üsve-i Hasene), justice, mercy, and the unity of knowledge and action. The data obtained reveal the perceptions of this spiritual model within the modern education system and views regarding its potential integration. Theoretically, the study aims to offer a new perspective to the literature by analyzing the educational philosophy of Prophet Muhammad (saw) within the context of modern pedagogy and values education. Practically, by uncovering the perceptions of teachers and students, it seeks to shed light on this philosophy's potential contributions to contemporary values education and to provide potential roadmaps for teacher training programs and curriculum development.
