Özet
ÖZET Bugün ülkemiz büyük kalkınma hamleleri yapmaktadır. Büyüme hamleleri içerisinde sanayi ön planda olmakta ve insana verilen önem artmaktadır. Günümüzde işletmelerin amacı daha az zamanda daha çok ve daha kaliteli üretim yapmaktır. Bu da üretimdeki her faktörün tek tek incelenmesini gerektirmektedir. Bu faktörlerin içerisinde belkide en önemlisi işçilerin daha güvenli ortamlarda çalışmasını sağlamaktır. Ülkemizde iş kazalarının meydana geldiği alanlardan biride“Ağaçişleri”sektörüdür. Ortamın düzensiz olması, yüksek devirli, yeterince korunmamış makineler nedeni ile bir çok insanımız bu kazalara maruz kalmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ağaçişleri sanayisinde oluşan kazaların nedenleri araştırılıp bunun sonucunda oluşacak zararları önlemek için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Bu amaçla Ankara'da Orta Ölçekli Mobilya îşletmerinde anket düzenlenmiştir. Anket formundaki her bir soru için kişilerin vermiş olduğu yanıtlara ilişkin değişkenlerin betimsel istatistikleri, hesaplanmış ve sonuçlar tablolar halinde verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; ağaç malzeme işleyen işyerlerinde kaza oranlarının yüksek olması, bu sektörde iş güvenliğini sağlayan tedbirlerin daha ciddi olarak ele alınmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır.

n ABSTRACT Today our state is dashing for great development. Within the attempts of the development, industry has been in the most important place and the significance given to man has been increasing. In our time the aim of the firms is to do much more and highly qualified production in lesser time. And this requires every factor in labourers be examined one by one. In these factors the most important thing may be providing the workers to work in safer environments. Besides one of the fields that industrial accidents happening in our country is the sector of“Wood Products”. Many of our people have been exposing to such kind of accidents because of the disorderness of the environment and the machines with high revolution circuit and without sufficient protection. In this study there had been proposals to search for the reasons of the accidents happened in the industry of wood products and prevent the losses would happen as a consequence of this. By this purpose a public survey was held in Furniture Companies with Middle Scale in Ankara. The descriptive statistics of the factors concerning the answers given by people to each question in the form of the public survey had been calculated and the results were illustrated in tables. As a conclusion, it is complsory to consider the precautions providing the safety of the work in this sector more seriously for the high rate of the accidents in the companies processing the wooden material.
