Özet
Turist sağlığı hem bireysel hem de toplumsal düzeyde önemli bir konu olarak son yıllarda dikkat çekmektedir. Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle artan uluslararası seyahatler, sağlık hizmetlerinin sınır ötesi niteliğini gündeme getirmiş ve bu bağlamda turistlerin sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi, sağlık sistemlerinin önemli bir bileşeni hâline gelmiştir. Turist sağlığı hizmetlerinin etkin, erişilebilir ve kaliteli şekilde sunulması hem hizmet alan turistlerin memnuniyeti hem de turizm sektörünün sürdürülebilirliği açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu tez çalışması, turist sağlığı kapsamında sunulan hizmetlerin Antalya ili örneğinde hem hizmet verenler hem de hizmet alanlar bağlamında değerlendirilmesini konu edinmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, turist sağlığı hizmetlerinin mevcut durumunu analiz etmek, sunulan hizmetlerin yeterliliğini değerlendirmek ve karşılaşılan sorunlara dair çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Bu kapsamda, Antalya'da sağlık hizmeti sunan kamu kuruluşlarında görev yapan sağlık personeli ile sağlık hizmeti almış turistlerin görüşleri derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Çalışmada nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemleri bir arada kullanılmıştır. Sağlık çalışanları ve turistlerle yapılan anket ve hastane yöneticileri ile derinlemesine görüşmeler aracılığıyla elde edilen veriler, SPSS 23 programı ile analiz edilmiş; nitel veriler ise içerik analiz yöntemi ile MAXQDA 24 programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular hem sağlık politikalarının geliştirilmesine katkı sunmakta hem de turist sağlığına ilişkin hizmetlerin iyileştirilmesine yönelik önemli ipuçları sağlamaktadır.

Tourist health has increasingly attracted attention in recent years as an important issue on both individual and societal levels. With the impact of globalization and the rise in international travel, the cross-border nature of healthcare services has come to the forefront, and in this context, tourists' access to healthcare has become a crucial component of health systems. The effective, accessible, and high-quality delivery of tourist health services is of great significance both for the satisfaction of the tourists receiving the services and for the sustainability of the tourism sector. This thesis focuses on evaluating the health services provided within the scope of tourist health in the province of Antalya, considering both service providers and recipients. The aim of the study is to analyze the current state of tourist health services, assess the adequacy of the services offered, and present solution proposals for the encountered problems. In this context, the opinions of healthcare personnel working in public institutions in Antalya and of tourists who have received healthcare services were examined in depth. The study employs both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The data collected through surveys conducted with healthcare workers and tourists, as well as in-depth interviews with hospital administrators, were analyzed using the SPSS 23 software; qualitative data were evaluated through content analysis using the MAXQDA 24 program. The findings provide valuable insights that contribute to the development of health policies and offer significant guidance for improving services related to tourist health.
