Özet
Ill ÖZET Bu çalışmada; asetofenon, 4-metilasetofenon, 4-metoksiasetofenon, 2-asetilnaftalin bileşiklerini, etil asetat ile reaksiyona sokarak 1,3-diketon bileşiklerinin elde edilmesi ve bu 1,3-diketon bileşikleriyle oksalil klorürün sikloadisyonu sonucu, 2,3-furandion bileşiklerinin sentezlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca ele geçen 2,3-furandion bileşiklerinin fenilhidrazin ve 1,5-difenilkarbazit ile ürünlerinin eldesi çalışmamızın diğer bir amacıdır. Bu çalışma sonucunda benzoilaseton, p-metilbenzoilaseton, p-metoksibenzoilaseton, 2-naftoilaseton bileşikleri sentez edildi. Sentezi gerçekleştirilen 1,3-diketon bileşiklerini oksalil klorür ile etkilştirerek 4- asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-2,3-furandion, 4-asetU-5-(4-metilfenil)-2,3-furandion, 4-asetil-5-(2-naftil)-2,3- furandion bileşikleri elde edildi. Yapısı kısa sürede bozulan bu 2,3-furandion bileşiklerinin fenilhidrazinle; 4-asetil-5-(4-metilfenil)-l-fenil-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit, 4-asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-l-fenil-pirazol-3- karboksilli asit, 4-asetil-5-(2-naftil)-l-fenil-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit ürünleri ve 1,5-difenilkarbazitle; 5- asetil-l-{[5-asetil-6-(4-metilfem^)-3,4-diokso-2-fenil-l,2,3,4-tetram^o-İ-pirida2İml]karbonil}-6-(4-metil feml)-2-fenil-l,2,3,4-tetrahidro-3,4-piridazindion, 5-asetil-l-{[5-asetil-6-(4-metoksifenil)-3,4-diokso-2- ferdl-l,2,3,4-tetı^dro-l-pMdazMl]karbonil}-6-(4-metolisifenil)-2-feml-l,2,3,4-tetraWdro-3,4-pM on,5-asetil-l-{[5-asetil-6-(2-naftil)-3,4-diokso-2-fenil-l,2,3,4-tetraWdro-l-pMdazinil]karbonil}-6-(2-naftiı^ -2-fenil- 1, 2,3, 4-tetra hidro-3,4-piridazindion ürünleri sentezlendi. Sentezlediğimiz yeni bileşiklerin yapılan elementel analiz, İR, /H-NMR, 13C-NMR spektrumlan yardımı ile belirlendi ve sonuçlar preparatif organik kimya açısmdan tartışıldı. ;

IV ABSTRACT The aim of the present work was to synthesize 1,3-diketone by the reaction of ethyl acetate with acetophenone, 4-methylacetophenone, 4-methoxyacetophenone and 2-acetylnaphthaline and the synthesis of 2,3-furandione compounds by cycloaddition reaction of oxalylchloride with those 1,3-diketone compounds. Another aim of this study was to synthesize the resulting products of the raction of 2,3-furandione with phenylhydrazine and 1,5- diphenyl carbazide. In thisstudy we synthesised a number of compounds presented below; : Benzoylacetone, p-methylbenzoylacetone, p-methoxybenzoylacetone and 2-naphthoylacetone by the reaction of ethyl acetate with aryl-methyl ketones. 4-Acetyl-5-(4-methylphenyI)-2,3-furandione, 4-acetyl-5-(methoxyphenyl)-2,3-furandione, 4-acetyl-5-(2- naphtyl)-2,3-furandione by the treatment of oxalylchloride with 1,3-diketone compounds. 4-Acetyl-5-(4-methylphenyl)-l-phenyl-pyrazole-3- carboxyl acid, 4-acetyl-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-l-phenyI-3- pyrazole carboxyl acid and 4-acetyl-5-(2-naphthyl)-l-phenyl-3-pyrazole carboxyl acid by the reaction of those unstable 2,3-furandione compounds with phenylhydrazine, 5-Acetyl-l-{[5-acetyl-6-(4-memylphenyl)-3,4-dioxo-2-phenyl-l,2^,4-terrahydro-l-pyridazinyl]carbonyl}-6-(4- memylphenyl)-2-phenyl-l,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3,4-pyridazhdione dioxo-2-phenyl-l,2,3,4-terrahydro-]-pyridazinyl]carbonyl}-6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-phenyl-l,2,3,4-tetrahydro- 3,4-pyri<fozindione,5-acetyl-l-{[5-acetyl-6-(2-naphmyl)-3,4-dioxo-2^ carbonyl}-6-(2-naphthyl)-2-phenyl-l,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3,4-pyridazindione therection of 2,3-furandione with 1,5- diphenylcarbazide. The structures of the synthesized compounds listed above were determined by using IR, 'H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectrums, elementel analysis method and the results were analysed and discussed in the corresgending sections.
