Ill ÖZET İZMİR İLİ VE ÇEVRESİNDE SATIŞA SUNULAN, MISIR GEVREĞİNİN KÜF İZOLASYONU VE İDENTİFİKASYONU KARABULUT, Yasemin Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Biyoloji Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Alev HALİKI Aralık 2000, 104sf. Bu çalışmada, çeşitli zamanlarda İzmir ili çevresindeki hipermarketlerde satışa sunulan 51 adet mısır gevreği örnekleri incelenmiştir. Bu örneklerde bulunan funguslann izolasyon ve identifikasyonu amaçlanmıştır. Toplam 76 küf izole edilmiş ve farklı 21 küf türü tammlanmıştır; 4 Aspergillus genusunda; 6 Penicillum genusunda ve 11 tanesi Fungi Imperfecti sınırındadır. Çalışmalar sonucunda toplam 76 küf türü izole edilmiş olup bu küflerin bir kısmının toksik etki yapabilecek küf türleri arasında olduğu saptanmıştır. Anahatar sözcükler = Küf, mısır, mısır gevreği.

ABSTRACT THE IDENTIFICATION AND ISOLATION OF FUNGI IN CORNFLAKES ON SALE IN AND AROUND IZMIR KARABULUT, Yasemin MSc in Biology Department SupervisonAssoc.Prof.Dr. Alev HALİKI December 2000, 104p. In this study, cornflakes samples on sale in hypermarkets in and around Izmir were taken periodically and their mycoflora were examined. The aim of the study was to identify and isolate the mould found in the 51 samples. A total of 76 mould were isolated and 21 different types of mould were identified; momely, 4 Aspergillus sp., 6 Penicillium sp. and 1 1 Fungi Imperfect class. As a result of our investigations a total of 76 mould species were isolated and some of these mould were determined as being among the species of mould which have toxic effects.
