ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ DİNÎ SORUMLULUĞUN KAYNAĞI VE KAPSAMI Rahmi AKD AĞ Danışman: Prof. Dr. Mevlüt ÖZLER 2000-SAYFA:107 Jüri :Prof. Dr. Mevlüt ÖZLER Dinin kaynağı ahlâktır, dinî sorumluluğun kaynağı da ahlâkî sorumluluktur. En önemli sorumluluk türleri ahlâkî, dinî ve sosyal sorumluluklardır. Aslında bütün gerçek sorumluluk çeşitleri, son tahlilde, ahlâkî sorumluluğa indirgenebilir. Bu yüzden hangi çeşidine âit olursa olsun sorumluluk problemlerinin bir çözüme kavuşturulabilmesi için meselenin bu yönü açığa çıkarılmalıdır. Araştırmada, bu maksatla sorumluluğun mâhiyeti ve onunla ilgili bazı kavramlar, bilhassa müeyyide kavramı üzerinde kısaca durulduktan sonra ahlâk olgusu en genel anlamıyla ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Ahlâkın da görünen ve değişken yönünden ziyâde içe âit (internal) ve değişmeyen özü vurgulanmaya çalışılmış, bu öz üzerine kurulmuş bir tarifinden yola çıkılarak ahlâkî sorumluluğun kuşatıcı ve evrensel mâhiyeti ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra çevrenin belirli bir dine mensup oluştaki belirleyici rolünden kaynaklanan dinî sorumluluk problemine bu zemin üzerinde yaklaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Problemin bütün inanç ve hayat tarzlarını ilgilendiren evrenselliği tesbît edildikten sonra şimdiye kadar süregelen arayışlara örnekler verilmiş, istatistik ve antropolojik veriler gözardı edilmeden nasıl bir çözüm yaklaşımı ortaya konabileceği araştırılmıştır. Bütün bunlar yapılırken problemin geniş ve kuşatıcı yapısı dikkate alınarak bir çok detaya yahut ikinci dereceden konuya girilmemeye çalışılmış, orijinal bir fikir örgüsü etrafında kalınmak için elden gelen yapılmıştır.

Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Mevlüt ÖZLER 2000-PAGE: 107 Jüri :Prof. Dr. Mevlüt ÖZLER n. -f W»:.^..M^....UX!fA The source of religion is ethic, and the source of the religious responsibility is the ethical responsibility. The types of the most important responsibilities are ethical, religious and social. In fact, the types of all genuine responsibilities can be regarded as ethical responsibility in the final analysis. Therefore, this aspect of the matter should be brought to light in order to find a solution to the responsibility problems, whichever types they belong to. Bearing this in mind, in this study, first the nature of responsibility and also some terms related to the responsibility, particularly the term“sanction”has been explained and then the concept of ethic has been tackled with its general meaning. The internal and unchangeable essence of ethic has been emphasised rather than its visible and changeable aspect. The surrounding and universal essence of the ethical responsibility has been presented, using a definition based on this essence. Subsequently the problem of the religious responsibility arising from the role of environment which determines to be a member of a certain religion has been approached, relying on this ground. After realising the universality of the problem concerning all the belief and life styles, examples have been given to the search continuing up to now, and without disregarding the statistical and anthropological data what kind of solution can be put forward has been investigated. Considering the wide and surrounding structure of the problem, many details and subjects having secondary importance as regards the study have been left out in the study in order to concentrate on the main topic.
