TEK KATLI-GENİŞ AÇIKLIKLI BETONARME PREFABRİKE İSKELET SİSTEMLERLE ÜRETİLEN ENDÜSTRİ YAPILARI-SORUNLARININ ANALİZİ VE DİYARBAKIR BİRİNCİ ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ ÖRNEĞİ ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Hatice GÖNÜL GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Eylül 2000 ÖZET Tek katlı-geniş açıklıklı endüstri yapılarında betonarme prefabrike iskelet sistemlerle yapımda karşılaşılan sorunların saptanması ve çözümlenmesi amacıyla hazırlanan bu tez çalışmasında, ilgili sorunlar geniş bir çerçevede incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; amaç, yöntem, kapsam ve sınırlılıklara değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde; endüstri yapılarının Dünyada ve Türkiye'deki gelişimi ve endüstri yapılarının çeşitli açılardan sınıflandırılması genel olarak ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; tek katlı-endüstri yapıları, sistemi oluşturan bileşenler açısından, parçadan bütüne doğru giden bir yaklaşımla ( tümevarım ) analiz edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda sistem bütününü oluşturan ana, konstrüktif elemanlar, birleşimler, taşıyıcı sistem alternatifleri ve taşıyıcı sistem olanakları incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde, sistemi tamamladığı ve sorunları önemli derecede etkilediği düşünülen konstrüktif elemanlara geniş yer verilmiştir. 1&C YÜKSEKÖĞRETİM KURULfi DOKÜMANTASYON MDKKUİDördüncü bölümde; sistemlerin oluşturulmasında yaşanan sorunların analizi için, süreç önce parçalara ayrılmış ve incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde ise; örnek alan çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. Bu bölümde genel kavramlar ve alanla ilgili sorunların saptanabilmesi için alt örnekler seçilip incelenerek, bütüne ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Tezde; parçadan bütüne doğru giden bir yaklaşım olan tümevarım yöntemi kullanılmıştır Sonuç ve öneriler bölümünde sorun kaynaklarının birbirleri ile olan ilişkileri ortaya konulmaya ve çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ill THE ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEMS OF THE SINGLE STOREY-LARGE SPAN INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS WHICH ARE PRODUCED BY REINFORCED CONCRETE PREFABRICATED SKELETON SYSTEMS AND DİYARBAKIR FIRST ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL AREA SAMPLE (M.Sc. Thesis) HATİCE GÖNÜL GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY September 2000 ABSTRACT In this study which is prepared for the aim of determining and analysing the problems encountered constructing the single storey-large span industrial buildings by reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton systems, relevant problems were examined with many aspects. In the second chapter of the study, it had been tried to form a basis which was needed for other parts of the study by dealing with common concepts relevant with industrial buildings, development of industrial buildings with many aspects in general. In the third chapter, single storey industrial buildings were analysed by the viewpoint of system components. By this direction, structural and constructive elements, connections, structural system alternatives and structural system possibilities, which all are the parts of the total system, were examined. In this chapter, constructive elements which complete the system and considered to effect the problems to a considerable degree, were dealed with broadly.IV In the fourth chapter, in order to analyse the problems that encountered forming the system, the process was seperated to parts,. In addition, secondary problems that effect the process were dealed with in general, in the same chapter but under the different titles. In the fifth chapter, field study sample was put forward. In this chapter, in order to determine the problems relevant with common concepts and the field, it had been tried to attain the total by choosing and examining the samples for every firm. In this thesis, induction was used with research approach from part to total. In conclusions, by generalizing the problems, solution suggestions were put forward. Science code : 601.02.02
