Özet
20. yüzyıldan bu yana büyük savaşlara, sömürge imparatorluklarının dağılmasına ve bunun sonucunda yeni ulus devletlerin ortaya çıkmasına, önemli teknolojik, bilimsel, ekonomik ve toplumsal gelişmelere, ulusal kutuplar ve uluslararası sistem arasındaki güç mücadelelerine tanık olduk. Soğuk Savaş'ın sona ermesi ve Sovyetler Birliği'nin dağılmasıyla birlikte Avrasya coğrafyasına açılan kapıda yeni bir çıkar ve iktidar mücadelesi başlamıştır. Küreselleşmeyle birlikte büyüyen ekonomik ve siyasi bütünleşme hareketi, Avrasya uluslararası sistemine entegre olmaya çalışan yeni ulus devletlere odaklanıyor. Çin'in İpek Yolu'nu yeniden canlandırma girişimi olan Bir Kuşak Bir Yol projesi, yalnızca bölge ülkeleri açısından değil, aynı zamanda Doğu ile Batı arasındaki kalkınmayı sağlama potansiyeliyle de dikkat çekmektedir. Bu projeyle Uzak Doğu'yu Akdeniz ve Batı Avrupa'ya bağlayan güvenli bir ulaşım koridorunun inşası, küresel ve bölgesel refaha ve ekonomik kalkınmaya katkı sağlayacaktır. Bir Kuşak Bir Yol projesi sadece ekonomik bir proje olmayıp, siyasi iş birliğine dayalı, uluslararası sosyal ve kültürel zenginlikleri kapsayan bir tesis olmaya devam edecektir. Araştırmamızda, Bir Kuşak Bir Yol Projesi ile alakalı jeopolitik tartışmaları ve alternatifleri, Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri ve katkıları, amaç ve hedefleri, önündeki zorlukları araştırmaktadır. Bu sayede Bir Kuşak Bir Yol projesine yol göstermektedir.

In the last twenty years, we have witnessed major wars, the dissolution of colonial empires and the resulting emergence of new nation states, significant technological, scientific, economic and social developments, and power struggles between national poles and the international system. With the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the Soviet Union, a new struggle for interests and power began at the gateway to the Eurasian geography. The economic and political integration movement that grows with globalization focuses on new nation states trying to integrate into the Eurasian international system. The One Belt One Road project, China's attempt to revitalize the Silk Road, attracts attention not only for the countries in the region, but also for its potential to ensure development between the East and the West. With this project, the construction of a safe transportation corridor connecting the Far East to the Mediterranean and Western Europe will contribute to global and regional prosperity and economic development. The One Belt One Road project is not only an economic project, but will continue to be a facility based on political cooperation and encompassing international social and cultural riches. Our research investigates the geopolitical debates and alternatives related to the One Belt One Road Project, its effects and contributions to the Turkish economy, its goals and objectives, and the challenges ahead. In this way, it guides the One Belt One Road project.
