Özet
217 ÖZET“Ekoloji Düşüncesinde İktisat Anlayışı”adlı bu çalışma, günümüzün önem kazanan konularından olan ekolojik/çevre sorunlarının iktisadi boyutunu ele almaktadır. Çalışmada, ekolojinin kavramsal boyutu irdelenerek, iktisat ile olan ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Ekolojik sorunlar ile iç içe olan iktisadın, özellikle Ortaçağdan sonra gelişen yapısı, ekoloji ile neden-sonuç bağlamında incelenmiştir. Buna göre, klasik iktisadi sistemin dinamikleri ve bunun üzerinde yükselen bugünkü hakim iktisadi paradigma, gittikçe artan ve karmaşıklaşan çevre sorunlarına yol açmıştır. Bu sorunlar için öngörülen çözüm de, anılan iktisadi yapının terkedilmesi ve yerine ekolojik nitelikli bir iktisadın tesis edilmesidir. Çalışmanın özünü oluşturan Ekoloji Düşüncesinde İktisadi Anlayış, yukarıdaki anlamda bir yapı gösterir. Ekolojik nitelikli bu anlayış, öncelikle mevcut iktisadi yapıya eleştirel bir bakış yöneltir. Buna göre, geçmişin meta ve kâr esasına dayalı iktisadi yaklaşımı terkedilmeli; yerine daha insancıl içerikli esaslar yerleştirilmelidir. Öngörülen yeni iktisadi anlayış, doğanın tamamıyla insan için olduğunu savunan eski iktisadın yerine, doğayla karşılıklı ilişki ve etkileşimi öne sürer. Bu yönüyle önceki maddeci anlayışın tersine manevi bakışlar içeren yeni iktisadi anlayış, beşeri ilişkiler, üretim, tüketim, teknoloji ve eğitim gibi yaşamın temel unsurları açısından işlenmiştir. Sonuç itibariyle çalışma, birikime dayanan bir iktisadi yapı yerine,“ihtiyaç”ve“yetinme”üzerine kurulu bir iktisadın gerekliliğini ve niteliğini vurgulamaktadır.

218 SUMMARY This study, it is called as“The Approache of Economy in The Ecology Concept”includes the ecological problems which have more importance in recent years in terms of economics. In this study, the conceptual level of ecology is examined and it is mentioned the relation between ecology and economics. Economy, related to ecological problems and its structure which has grown especially after the middle age, is examined -in terms of cause- and effect relation with ecology. According to this, the dinamics of the classical economic system and the recent dominant economical paradigm which is base on this caused gradually increasing and complicating ecological problems. The suggested solution for these problems is to abandon the economical structure mentioned above and to set up more ecological economic structure instead. The approache of economy in the ecology concept being essential to this study indicates such a structure mentioned above. This ecological approache has a critical sight especially to the current economical structure. Therefore, the economical approache based on the benefit and merchandise in the past should be abandaned and it should be set up more humanistic rules instead. The foreseeing new economical approache claims the relation between the nature and the human- being to be more vital instead of the old economical approache defending the nature to be for the human- being. From this point of wiew, the new economical approache including the spiritual views is examiend in terms of human relations, production, concumption, technology, education and something like essential to life. As aresult, this study stresses the need of an economical approache based on“necessity”and“satisfaction”instead of the economical structure based on accumulation. TIC «sasssssr ^vftHAKttStOH
