Özet

Müslümanlar için önemli bir yol rehberi ve hidayet kaynağı olan Kur'an-ı Kerîm Cebrail (a.s.) tarafından Hz. Peygambere sözlü olarak vahyedilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber de aynı usûl ile sahabelere gelen ayetleri nakletmiş ve yazıya geçirilmesine kadarki süreçte Kur'an-ı Kerîm sadece okunarak muhafaza edilmiştir. Yazıya geçirdikten sonraki dönemde de önemini koruyan sözlü gelenek asırlarca devam etmiş olup, günümüzde ve kıyamete kadar da varlığını sürdürecektir. Bu sebeple Kur'an'ın doğru bir şekilde telaffuz edilmesi ve belirli metotlarla öğretilmesi ayrı bir önem arz etmektedir. Bu alanda yetişen kıraat âlimleri çeşitli usûl ve yöntemlerle Kur'an'ın doğru okunarak gelecek nesillere aktarılmasını sağlamıştır. Biz de bu çalışmamızda ülkemizde, günümüz kıraat âlimlerinden hafız Fatih Çollak'ın Kur'an eğitiminde uyguladığı usûl ve yöntemlerini ele alarak bu dönemde sistemli ve usûlüne uygun bir Kur'an okuma ve öğrenme tekniği hakkında, gerek akademik camiada gerekse Kur'an öğrenmek isteyenlere ulaşmayı hedeflemekteyiz. Kıraat ilminin amacı da harflerin mahreçlerine riayet edilerek Kur'an'ın en güzel bir şekilde okunmasını sağlamaktır. Her asırda kıraat ilmi ile uğraşan ve bu konuda çalışmalar yapan ilim adamları olmuştur. Hayatını ilme, öğrenci yetiştirmeye ve yaşadığı topluma faydalı olmaya adayan kârilere rastlamak mümkündür. İşte bu hususta kendini, ilme ve öğrenci yetiştirmeye adayan önemli şahsiyetlerden biri de hafız Fatih ÇOLLAK olup halen aynı minvalde devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada Fatih Çollak'ın hayatı, eğitimi, hocaları, ilmi kişiliği ve Kur'an hizmetleri ele alınmıştır. Kur'an öğrenimi esnasında yaşadığı zorluklar ve kendisinin bu günlere gelmesindeki başlıca etmenlerden bahsedilmiştir. Böylece Çollak'ın bu günkü usul ve yöntemlerinin dayandığı temeller anlatılmak istenmiştir. Ayrıca Kur'an eğitimine yönelik çalışmaları ve eserlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Kur'an-ı Kerim öğretim teknikleri ve uygulamaları hakkında ayrıntılı bilgiler verilmiş olup kaleme aldığı kitapları, makaleleri, TV programları, bu alandaki yönettiği tezler ve yetiştirdiği öğrenciler zikredilmiştir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden dokümantasyon analizi yöntemi kullanılmış olup ayrıca Fatih Çollak'ın öğrencileri ve meslekdaşları ile görüşme yöntemi izlenmiştir. Son dönemde yaşayan kıraat âlimlerinden Çollak'ın Türkiye'de bu dönem Kur'an okuyuşundaki yöntem ve tekniklerin öğrenilmesi açısından önemli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Qur'an, which is an important guide and source of guidance for Muslims, was revealed orally to the Prophet Muhammad by Gabriel. The Prophet then conveyed the revealed verses to his companions in the same manner, and the Qur'an was preserved solely through recitation until it was written down. The oral tradition, which maintained its importance even after the Qur'an was transcribed, has continued for centuries and will persist until the Day of Judgment. Therefore, the correct pronunciation of the Qur'an and its teaching through specific methods holds special significance. In this field, scholars of Qur'anic recitation have ensured that the Qur'an is correctly read and passed down to future generations through various principles and methods. In this study, we aim to reach both the academic community and those who wish to learn the Qur'an by examining the principles and methods used by contemporary recitation scholar Hafiz Fatih Çollak in Qur'anic education, thereby providing a systematic and proper technique for reading and learning the Qur'an in this era. The purpose of the science of Qur'anic recitation (Qira'at) is to ensure that the Qur'an is recited in the most beautiful manner by adhering to the articulation points of the letters. In every century, there have been scholars who engaged in the study of Qur'anic recitation and contributed to this field. It is possible to encounter reciters (Qaris) who have dedicated their lives to knowledge, educating students, and benefiting their communities. One such notable figure who has devoted himself to knowledge and teaching is Hafiz Fatih Çollak, who continues his efforts in the same spirit. This study examines the life, education, teachers, scholarly personality, and professional life of Fatih Çollak. It discusses the challenges he faced during his Qur'anic studies and the main factors that contributed to his achievements today. The aim is to explain the foundations upon which Çollak's current methods and techniques are based. The study also mentions his work and contributions to Qur'anic education. Detailed information is provided on his Qur'an teaching techniques and practices, including the books and articles he has written, his TV programs, the theses he has supervised in this field, and the students he has trained. In this study, the documentation analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used, and interviews were conducted with Fatih Çollak's students and contemporaries. It has been determined that Çollak, a contemporary scholar of Qur'anic recitation, plays an important role in learning the methods and techniques of Qur'anic recitation in Turkey in this period.
