Özet
Amaç: Hemşirelik eğitiminde çıktıya dayalı program değerlendirmede e-portfolyo yazılım programının geliştirilmesi ve hemşirelik öğrencilerinin program çıktılarına ulaşma düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Yöntem: Araştırmada nitel ve nicel yöntem, yaklaşım ve kavramlarının bir arada kullanıldığı karma yöntem tasarımı, karma araştırma yöntemlerinden nedensel karşılaştırma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, hemşirelik eğitiminde çıktıya dayalı program değerlendirmede e-portfolyo yazılımının geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesi olarak iki aşamada yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın I. aşamasında örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş, 20 öğretim üye/elemanı ve 40 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın II. aşamasında örneklem büyüklüğü“G. Power-3.1.9.2”programı kullanılarak ve literatür bilgisi ele alınarak, 51 öğrenci olarak belirlenmiştir. Veriler“Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu”,“Çalıştay”,“Ders Öğrenme Çıktısı, Ölçme Değerlendirme Yöntemleri ve Program Çıktısı İlişkili Matrisleri”,“E-portfolyo Yazılımı”,“E-portfolyo Değerlendirme Formu”,“Hemşirelikte Öğretim ve Yönetim İntörn Dersi Öğrenme Çıktıları Öğrenci Geribildirim Formu”ve“Görsel Kıyaslama Ölçeği”kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veri analizinde nitel veriler için e-portfolyo yazılımı, uzman görüşünden yararlanılmış, öğrencilerin yansıtma becerilerine yönelik elde edilen nitel veriler araştırmacı tarafından üç soru halinde kodlanarak analiz edilmiştir. Nicel veriler için SPSS programından yararlanılmış, sayı, frekans, ortalama gibi tanımlayıcı istatistikler alınmıştır. Yapılan normallik testi sonucunda elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle analizler yapılmıştır. p<0.05 olan değerler istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmaya dahil edilen öğrencilerin %94'ü (n=47) 18-22 yaş aralığında olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin %88.2'sini (n=45) kadınların oluşturduğuna ve %64'ünün (n=32) akademik başarı durumunu“iyi”olarak tanımladığına ulaşılmıştır. Her bir öğrenci için öğrenme çıktısı ve program çıktısına ulaşma düzeyi yüzdeler olarak verilmiştir. Öğrencilerin ders sonunda %90.2 oranla en fazla program çıktısı (PÇ) PÇ1'e ve %89.1 oranla da en az PÇ4 ve PÇ7'ye ulaştığı görülmektedir. Akademik başarısını iyi düzeyde değerlendiren öğrencilerin orta ve kötü düzeyde değerlendirenlere göre program çıktılarına ulaşma düzeyinin daha yüksek yüzdelere sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca E-portfolyo ve Geçme Notu arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığını ölçmek amacıyla normallik testi sonuçlarından hareketle yapılan Spearman Korelasyon analizine göre E-portfolyo ile Geçme Notu arasında anlamlı (p<0.05), pozitif, düşük kuvvette ve çift yönlü bir ilişki olduğu söylenebilmektedir. E-portfolyo değerlendirme formuna ilişkin öğrencilerin %52.9'u hemşirelik becerilerine ulaşmaları konusunda e-portfolyo yazılımının rehberlik ettiğini, yazılımı kullanma konusunda hazırlanan yönergelerin yönlendirici olduğunu ve eğiticinin sorun yaşamaları durumunda rehberlik ettiğini, yazılımın sayfaları arasında ileri geri gitmenin mümkün olduğunu iletmişlerdir. Görsel Kıyaslama Ölçeği ile değerlendirilen e-portfolyo yazılımında öğrencilerin %31.4'ünün yüksek puan verdikleri ve bu öğrencilerin öğrenme çıktılarına ulaşmada daha yüksek yüzdelere sahip olduğunu belirtmek mümkündür. Sonuç: Bu çalışmada hemşirelik öğrencilerinin program çıktılarına ulaşma düzeyini belirleyebilecek yeni bir değerlendirme modeli olarak e-portfolyo yazılımı geliştirilebilir olduğu belirlenmiştir. Geliştirilen e-portfolyo yazılımının öğrencilerin program çıktılarına ulaşma düzeyini belirlemede, yansıtma becerilerinde ve memnuniyetini artırma üzerinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

Aim: The aim of this study was to develop an e-portfolio software programme for outcome-based programme evaluation in nursing education and to determine the level of nursing students' achievement of programme outcomes. Method: In the research, mixed method design in which qualitative and quantitative methods, approaches and concepts were used together, causal comparison technique from mixed research methods was used. The research was conducted in two phases: development, implementation and evaluation of e-portfolio software in outcome-based programme evaluation in nursing education. In the first stage of the research, no sample selection was made and it was conducted with 20 faculty members/staff and 40 students. In the second stage of the study, the sample size was determined as 51 students by using the 'G. Power-3.1.9.2' programme and considering the literature. Data were collected using 'Introductory Information Form', 'Workshop', 'Course Learning Outcome, Assessment Methods and Programme Outcome Related Matrices', 'E-portfolio Software', 'E-portfolio Evaluation Form', 'Nursing Teaching and Management Intern Course Learning Outcomes Student Feedback Form' and 'Visual Comparison Scale'. In data analysis, e-portfolio software and expert opinion were used for qualitative data, and the qualitative data obtained for the reflection skills of the students were coded and analysed by the researcher in three questions. SPSS programme was used for quantitative data and descriptive statistics such as number, frequency and mean were taken. Analyses were made based on the findings obtained as a result of the normality test. p<0.05 values were considered statistically significant. Result: It was determined that 94% (n=47) of the students included in the study were between the ages of 18-22. It was found that 88.2% (n=45) of the students were female and 64% (n=32) of them defined their academic success as 'good'. The level of achievement of the learning outcome and programme outcome for each student is given as percentages. At the end of the course, it is seen that the students reached the programme outcome (PO) PO1 with a rate of 90.2% and PO4 and PO7 with a rate of 89.1%. It is seen that students who evaluate their academic achievement at a good level have higher percentages of achieving the programme outcomes than those who evaluate their academic achievement at a medium and poor level. In addition, according to the Spearman Correlation analysis based on the normality test results in order to measure whether there is a relationship between E-portfolio and Passing Grade, it can be said that there is a significant (p <0.05), positive, low strength and bidirectional relationship between E-portfolio and Passing Grade. Regarding the e-portfolio evaluation form, 52.9% of the students stated that the e-portfolio software guided them in reaching nursing skills, that the instructions prepared for using the software were guiding, that the instructor provided guidance in case of problems, and that it was possible to go back and forth between the pages of the software. It is possible to state that 31.4% of the students gave high scores in the e-portfolio software evaluated with the Visual Comparison Scale and these students had higher percentages in achieving learning outcomes. Conclusion: In this study, it was determined that e-portfolio software can be developed as a new assessment model that can determine the level of nursing students' achievement of programme outcomes. The developed e-portfolio software was found to be effective in determining students' level of achievement of programme outcomes, reflection skills and increasing satisfaction.
