The study undertakes a difficult subject that brings together law, objectives, and education. Despite scientists recently and in the past addressing the rulings of child and the outlining of his rights, yet what is written on this subject are either researches and studies limited to the ruling with its sources without elaborating and addressing its objective and wisdom, or addressed the discussion of child's rights without drawing attention to discussing its duties and resposibilites; or are educational psychological studies based on personal opinions; or are the results of empirical studies that may be right or wrong. Therefore it was an urgent need to research strong foundations and scientific evidences that can be dependened on in founding the rulings of childhood, and deducing its wisdoms and objectives This study has aimed to elaborating the concept of the child; and to outlining the limits of childhood stage and its disciplines from a juristic aspect; and to deducing the specific objectives for the rulings of child with regards to his responsibilities and the recompenses expected of him, and the guardian's jurisdiction to all of that; then to outlining the effect of the specific objectives in understanding the responsibility and recompense and guardian's jurisdiction. Thus the study launched from the juristic subsidiary issues related to its subject, and extrapolated from the accepted sources of the four schools, and deduced its partial objectives, then organised and categorised these objectives in five specific basic objectives. And some of the most important results of the study was:  Deducing the specific objectives that rule childhood in its two stages, and categorising them in a form that can be employed in various juristic, educational, social fields. And they are: protection and care, development and empowerment, rehabilitation and deterence, consideration and recognition, descipline and regulation, and for each specific objective a string of subsidiary objectives that enroll under it, or methods that aid in achieving it.  Recommending a practical procedural methodology to prepare research in the specific objectives.  Preparing a table with all the issues of the study, including various important details, and aids in generating many juristic and educational researches.
