Theoretical perspectives frame TNCs as pivotal drivers of globalisation, adapting to economic and political contexts. The research delves into mechanisms behind TNC influence, including lobbying and corporate social responsibility. A case study of Royal Dutch Shell highlights these roles. This work enhances understanding TNCs' impact on contemporary politics and economics, raising vital questions about autonomy, power, and influence. [
