Özet
Entegre Kırsal Turizm (EKT) kırsal turizmi geniş çerçevede ele alan ve turizm uygulamalarında çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel hassasiyetleri dikkate alan yenilikçi bir yaklaşımdır. Bu araştırmada Fethiye ve Seydikemer ilçelerini Entegre Kırsal Turizm modeli bileşenleri çerçevesinde analiz etmek ve yerel halkın turizm desteğini ölçmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Fethiye ve Seydikemer ilçelerinde yaşayan yerel halkın entegre kırsal turizm bileşenlerine ilişkin algıları ve bu bileşenlerin turizm desteğine etkisinin açığa çıkarılması hedeflenmektedir. Araştırmada yerel halkın yaşadıkları ilçelere ve sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre entegre kırsal turizm bileşenleri ve turizm desteği algılarının farklılaşma durumu da incelenecektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Muğla ilinin Fethiye ve Seydikemer ilçelerinde yaşayan yerel halk oluşturmaktadır. Kota örnekleme uyarınca hesaplanan örneklem sayısı Fethiye ilçesi için 284, Seydikemer ilçesi için 100 olmak üzere toplam örneklem sayısı 384'tür. Nicel araştırma yöntemleriyle tamamlanan araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak Entegre Kırsal Turizm Ölçeği ile Turizm Desteği Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile fark testlerinden ve hipotezleri test amacıyla yapısal eşitlik modellemesinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi uyum iyiliği değerlerine göre modelin iyi uyum aralığında ve kabul edilebilir uyuma sahip olduğunu görülmektedir. Araştırma bulguları Fethiye ve Seydikemer ilçelerindeki yerel halkının genel olarak entegre kırsal turizm bileşenlerine ilişkin algılarının ortalama değerin altında olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, yerel halkın yörede kırsal turizm faaliyetlerinin sürdürülebilir bir yaklaşımla gerçekleştirildiği ve çevre koruma hassasiyetinin gözetildiğine ilişkin katılım düzeylerinin düşüklüğü dikkat çekmektedir. Araştırmada ayrıca katılımcıların sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre entegre kırsal turizm bileşenlerini algılama düzeyleri de karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma ilçede entegre kırsal turizm gelişimini desteklemeye yönelik önerilerle tamamlanmıştır.

Integrated Rural Tourism (IRT) is an innovative approach that considers rural tourism in a broad framework and takes into account environmental, economic and socio-cultural sensitivities in tourism practices. In this research, it is aimed to analyze Fethiye and Seydikemer districts within the framework of Integrated Rural Tourism model components and to measure the tourism support of local people. In line with this purpose, it is aimed to reveal the perceptions of local people living in Fethiye and Seydikemer districts regarding the components of integrated rural tourism and the impact of these components on tourism support. The research will also examine the differentiation of the perceptions of integrated rural tourism components and tourism support of local people according to the districts they live in and their socio-demographic characteristics. The population of the research consists of local people living in Fethiye and Seydikemer districts of Muğla province. The number of samples calculated according to quota sampling is 284 for Fethiye district and 100 for Seydikemer district, totaling 384. In the study, which was completed with quantitative research methods, Integrated Rural Tourism Scale and Tourism Support Scale were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the research data, confirmatory factor analysis and difference tests and structural equation modeling were used to test the hypotheses. According to the goodness of fit values of the structural equation model, it is seen that the model is in the good fit range and has an acceptable fit. The findings of the research show that the perceptions of the local people in Fethiye and Seydikemer districts regarding the integrated rural tourism components are generally below the average value. As a result of the research, it is noteworthy that local people have low levels of agreement that rural tourism activities in the region are carried out with a sustainable approach and environmental protection sensitivity is observed. The study also compared the perception levels of integrated rural tourism components according to the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants. The study is completed with recommendations to support the development of integrated rural tourism in the district.
