THE EXAMINING FACTORS THAT EFFECTS THE CUTTING PRINCIPLE IN FINE BLANKING SUMMARY Fine Blanking design is very important in Industry. It is applied for many part which is used in daily life. In order to produce parts in short time, to do economy from the materials and labour, die design is especially used. To decrease the prices materials is very important. Using the fine blanking design is, One of the method to do that. Decorative materials, kitchen appliances, textile machines, dentist appliances, electronic devices and even plastic stuffs can be produced by means of that method, without machining. In the pressing production sector, according to other conventional methods fine blanking is a new production technology. By this method, a finished piece with flat surface can be produced by only one operation. It is not necessary to make second and third operations. Because of this fine blanking is so economical production method. Fine blanking has wide using region. Having a little number of operation., producing finished piece for fitting, economical workmanship, cost and energy, cutting of every kind of material until 20mm; are some reasons of the preferring fine blanking. By this matters, fine blanking can reply all the requirements of the modern technology. The fine blanking system contains, matrix, manual plate, punch, a cutting space about %0,5 of the material thickness and a V-press ring that keeps material fixed. By means of these principles fine banking has taken its suitable place in the sector.
