ÖZET NİĞDE DLİ İÇME VE KULLANMA SU KAYNAKLARININ SAPTANMASI, İNCELENMESİ VE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ. ERTOSUN Harun Niğde Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Ana Bilim Dalı Yrd.Doc.Dr. Meysun L ABDULLAH HAZİRAN 1999 19 Ekim 1998 - 15 Aralık 1998 aylan arasında, Niğde belediyesi ile işbirliği yapılarak İlin içme ve kullanma sularının aktif olarak çalışan 23 kuyusundan su örnekleri toplanmış ve kimyasal olarak 14 yönünden incelenmiştir. 29.9.1998 tarihinden itibaren, her haftanın aynı gününde olmak koşuluyla, dört hafta süre ile su numunesi alındı. İlk dört haftalık sonuçların birbirine çok yakın olduğu belirlendi. Bu nedenle, örnek alma süresi on beş günde bire çıkartılarak çalışmalara devam edilmiştir. Aralık ayının 15'inde toplanan son örneklerle, üç ay süren çalışmalar tamamlandı. Su kuyularının saptanması, saptanan 23 kuyudan su örneklerinin aynı günde toplanması, düşünülen parametrelerden renk, koku, sıcaklık derecesi, çözünmüş oksijen (ÇO), amonyak (NH3) ve toplam fosfat (PO4), parametreler incelendi. Belirtilen parametrelerden, renk, koku, sıcaklık derecesi ve çözünmüş oksijen (ÇO), su numuneleri alınırken, su kuyularının başında belirlendi; amonyaktaki azot ve toplam fosfattaki fosfor düzeyleri ise çevre labaratuvannda tayin edildi. Kuyulardan alınan su örneklerindeki çözünmüş oksijen miktarı normal değerde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Renksiz ve kokusuz olduğu görülmüştür. Azot ve fosfor düzeyleri yönünden TS 266 da verilen değerlere uygun olduğu saptanmıştır.

IV ABSTRACT Analysis and Determination of Drinking Water From Water Sources in Nİ?DE ERTOSUN, Harun Universty Of Niğde Science Institute Chemistry Supervisor :Assist Yrd.Doç.Dr. Meysun t ABDULLAH June 1999 From Octoper 1 ^-December! 5th 1999, in cooperation with the municapility of Niğdemples from 23 wells have been collected and ch, drinking water sa emical analysis has been carried out considering 14 parameters. From the the 29th of September 1998 samplaes of water has been collected on the same day of every week. Due to the similarities in the results the collection of samples has been done every 15 days for three months. The colour, smell, temperature, the amount of dissolve oxygen (DO), ammonium (NH3), and phosphate (PO43“) has been studied. The colour, smell, temparature, and the amount of dissolve oxygen (DO), has been determined as soon as the samples have been collected. While the amount of Nitrogen in NH3 and Phosphorus in PO43”, has been detrmined in the loboratory. Statistical studies was carried out on all of the parameters. The average of the results of our analysis has been found to match those of the Turkish standards Ts 266. The statistical studies (F-Test and t-Test) of the concentration data of phosphorus showed that the concentration of phosphorus is higher (%95) in the wells near the agricultural regions and much lower in the rural areas. This is probably due to the use of pesticide and insectisides which contains phosphorus in it.
