Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı gebelere verilen bağlanma eğitiminin anne bebek bağlanması üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Randomize kontrollü yarı deneysel olarak gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma, 1 Ağustos 2023 – 1 Ocak 2024 tarihleri arasında SBÜ Zeynep Kâmil Kadın ve Çocuk Hastalıkları EAH'inde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma örneklemi 60 kişi olarak hesaplanmıştır. Örneklem, gebelik haftası 28-38 arasında olan primipar gebelerden oluşmuştur. Deney grubuna online bağlanma eğitimi verilmiştir. Verilerin toplanması sosyodemografik veri formu, bağlanma bilgi düzeyi testi ve maternal bağlanma ölçeği ile sağlanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 25 paket programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş, p değeri 0,05'ten küçük bulunması halinde anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışma 53 gebe ile tamamlanmıştır. Katılanların 23'ü (%43,4) deney gurubunu, 30'u (%56,6) kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Bağlanma bilgi düzeyi testi ön – son test sonuçlarına göre iki grup arasındaki doğru sayısı fark skorunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğu görülmüştür (p <0,001). Doğum sonrası 2. ay sonunda deney grubu MBÖ puanı medyan değeri 100 iken, kontrol grubu MBÖ puanı medyan değeri 98,5'tir. Deney grubunun daha yüksek olmakla birlikte aralarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark yoktur (p=0,103). Sonuç: Gebelere verilen bağlanma eğitimi, bilgi kazandırmada etkilidir. Gebelere verilen bağlanma eğitiminin doğum sonrası MBÖ puanını etkilemediği görülmüştür.

Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of attachment training given to pregnant women on maternal-infant attachment. Materials and Methods: This randomized controlled quasi-experimental study was conducted between August 1 2023 - January 1 2024, at SBU Zeynep Kamil Women and Children Diseases Training and Research Hospital. The sample size was calculated to be 60 participants. The sample consisted of primiparous pregnant women with gestational ages between 28-38 weeks. The experimental group received online attachment training. Data were collected using a sociodemographic data form, an attachment knowledge level test, and a Maternal Attachment Inventory (MAI). Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25 package program, and a p-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The study was completed with 53 pregnant women. Of the participants, 23 (43.4%) were in the experimental group, and 30 (56.6%) were in the control group. According to the pre-test and post-test results of the attachment knowledge level test, there was a statistically significant difference in the score of correct answers between the two groups (p <0.001). At the end of the 2nd month postpartum, the median MAI score of the experimental group was 100, while the median MAI score of the control group was 98.5. Although the experimental group had a higher score, there was no statistically significant difference between them (p=0.103). Conclusion: Attachment training given to pregnant women is effective in increasing knowledge. It was found that attachment training given to pregnant women did not affect the MAI score postpartum.
