Özet
Bu çalışma, tip 2 DM hastasının serumundaki HbA1c, lipid profili, tiroid hormonları ve D vitamini düzeylerini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Misan'daki Endokrinoloji ve Diyabet İhtisas Merkezi, Nisan-Temmuz 2023 tarihleri arasında T2DM ile enfekte 150 denek bildirmiştir. Irak'ın Misan kentindeki özel laboratuvarlar deneysel çalışmaları yürütmüştür. Mevcut çalışmada gönüllüler aşağıdaki şekilde ayrılmıştır: Kontrol grubu olarak 50 sağlıklı gönüllü kullanılmıştır. İkinci grup tip II diabetes mellitus tanısı konmuş 150 hastadan oluşmuştur. T2DM hastalarının serumundaki HbA1c (227.62±14.3) kontrol grubuna (121.45±13.76) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir artış göstermektedir. T2DM hastalarının serumundaki total kolesterol düzeyi (227.62±14.3) kontrol grubuna (121.45±13.76) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir artış göstermektedir. T2DM hastalarının serumundaki trigliserit düzeyi (252.94±11.04) kontrol grubuna (102.51±9.35) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir artış göstermektedir. T2DM hastalarının serumundaki HDL düzeyleri (26.59±5.95) kontrol grubuna (42.06±4.72) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir düşüş göstermiştir. T2DM hastalarının serumlarındaki LDL düzeyleri (174,51±24,82) kontrol grubuna (39,17±4,65) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0,05) bir artış göstermiştir. T2DM hastalarının kanındaki VLDL miktarı (20,5±1,74) kontrol grubuna (50,59±5,42) göre anlamlı derecede (P<0,05) yüksek bulunmuştur. Diğer taraftan, T2DM hastalarının kanındaki Vit D3 miktarı (11.83±2.91) kontrol grubuna (31.91±7.5) göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulunmuştur (P<0.05). T2DM hastalarının serumundaki T3 konsantrasyonu (1.16±0.13) kontrol grubuna (2.21±0.27) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir düşüş göstermiştir. T2DM hastalarının serumundaki T4 konsantrasyonu (81.43±6.51) kontrol grubuna (102.38±11.32) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir düşüş göstermiştir. T2DM hastalarının serumundaki TSH konsantrasyonu (3.94±0.17) kontrol grubuna (1.21±0.41) kıyasla anlamlı (P<0.05) bir artış göstermiştir.

The current study aims to determine the levels of HbA1c, lipid profile, thyroid hormones, and vitamin D in the serum of a type 2 DM patient. The Specialized Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes in Misan reported 150 subjects infected with T2DM from April to July 2023. Private laboratories in Misan, Iraq conducted the experimental work. We divided the volunteers in the current study as follows: We used 50 healthy volunteers as the control group. The second group consisted of 150 patients diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus. HbA1c in the serum of T2DM patients (227.62±14.3) shows a significant (P <0.05) increase compared to the control group (121.45±13.76). A total cholesterol level in the serum of T2DM patients (227.62±14.3) shows a significant (P <0.05) increase compared to the control group (121.45±13.76). A triglyceride level in the serum of T2DM patients (252.94±11.04) shows a significant (P <0.05) increase compared to the control group (102.51±9.35). HDL levels in the serum of T2DM patients (26.59±5.95) showed a significant (P<0.05) decrease compared to the control group (42.06±4.72). LDL levels in the serum of T2DM patients (174.51±24.82) showed a significant (P<0.05) increase compared to the control group (39.17±4.65). The amount of VLDL in the blood of T2DM patients (20.5±1.74) was significantly higher (P<0.05) than in the control group (50.59±5.42). On the other hand, the amount of Vit. D3 in the blood of T2DM patients (11.83±2.91) was significantly lower (P<0.05) than in the control group (31.91±7.5). T3 concentration in the serum of T2DM patients (1.16±0.13) shows a significant (P <0.05) decrease compared to the control group (2.21±0.27). T4 concentration in the serum of T2DM patients (81.43±6.51) shows a significant (P <0.05) decrease compared to the control group (102.38±11.32). TSH concentration in the serum of T2DM patients (3.94±0.17) showed a significant (P<0.05) increase compared to the control group (1.21±0.41)
