Özet
Kuruluşundan bu yana tarım ve hayvancılıktan elde edilen gelirler Osmanlı Devleti için büyük önem taşımıştır. Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivi'nde yer alan temettuat defterleri koleksiyonu, araştırmacılara Osmanlı vilayetinin sosyo-ekonomik yapısını anlamak ve 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı toplumunu anlamak için önemli veriler sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada temettuat defterlerinin yanı sıra ML-EEM-912-28 numaralı defter içerisinde incelediğimiz karyelerin 1326 senesine ait nüfus ve vergi defterleri kullanılmıştır. Bu kayıtlar ışığında karyelerin nüfus miktarı, ziraat, hayvancılık, meslek, iş faaliyetleri ve mal ve mülkleri ile ilgili konular ve bu konularda karyelerin vergi miktarlarının yanında 19 ve 20.yüzyılda ekonomik ve sosyal durum aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Since it's establishment, income derived from agriculture and livestock has been of great importance to the Ottoman Empire. The collection of temettuat registers in the Ottoman Archives of the Prime Ministry offers researchers significant data for understanding the socio-economic structure of the Ottoman province and 19th Century Ottoman society. In addition to the temettuat registers, in this study population and tax registers from the year 1326, belonging to the villages we examined within the ledger numbered ML-EEM-912-28, were used. In light of these records, the population size of these villages, agriculture, livestock, professions, business activities and issues related to property and assets, along with the tax amounts for these topics were examined to shed light on the economic and social conditions in the 19th and 20th centuries.
