Özet
Bu araştırmada, ergenlerin 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerilerinin incelenmesi, 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerilerini artırmaya yönelik psiko-eğitim programı tasarlanması ve etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla; öncelikle 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerileri ile ilgili alan yazın taranmış, gelişimsel ve önleyici psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik çalışmaları kapsamında daha önce konu ile ilgili geliştirilmiş grupla psikolojik danışma, psiko-eğitim, grup rehberlik programları incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler ve incelemeler doğrultusunda 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerilerini arttırmaya yönelik grup rehberlik etkinlikleri tasarlanmıştır. Hazırlanan etkinlikler uzman görüşleri alınarak düzenlenmiş ve psiko-eğitim programı hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu kız meslek lisesi 9. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma; ön test-son test, deney-kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada ölçme aracı olarak çok boyutlu 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerileri ölçeği, betimsel veriler için araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket program kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; tasarlanan psiko-eğitim programının kız meslek lisesi 9. sınıf öğrencilerinin 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerilerini artırmada etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerilerini arttırmaya yönelik uygulanan programın deney grubu öğrencilerinin 21. yüzyıl yaşam becerilerinin alt boyutları olan; Bilgi ve teknoloji okuryazarlığı, eleştirel düşünme ve problem çözme, girişimcilik ve inovasyon, sosyal sorumluluk ve liderlik, kariyer bilinci becerilerini de arttırmada etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğretmenlere, uygulayıcılara, araştırmacılara ve eğitim politikacılarına yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

This research aims to examine the 21st century life skills of adolescents, design a psycho-education program to increase 21st century life skills and examine its effect. To this end; First of all, the literature on 21st century life skills was scanned, and within the scope of developmental and preventive psychological counseling and guidance studies, group psychological counseling, psycho-education and group guidance programs that were previously developed on the subject were examined. In line with the evaluations and examinations made, group guidance activities were designed to increase 21st century life skills. The prepared activities were organized by taking expert opinions and a psycho-education program was prepared. The study group of the research consists of 9th grade students of girls' vocational high school. Research; It was conducted with a quasi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test, experimental-control groups. The multidimensional 21st century life skills scale was used as a measurement tool in the study, and a personal information form created by the researcher was used for descriptive data. The data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS package program. In conclusion; It was found that the designed psycho-education program was effective in increasing the 21st century life skills of girls' vocational high school 9th grade students. The sub-dimensions of 21st century life skills of the experimental group students of the program implemented to increase 21st century life skills; It has been found to be effective in increasing information and technology literacy, critical thinking and problem solving, entrepreneurship and innovation, social responsibility and leadership, and career awareness skills. According to the results obtained, suggestions were made for teachers, practitioners, researchers and education politicians.
