Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışma, flört şiddeti gören hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerine uygulanan Kişiler Arası İlişkisel Rol Analizi Grup Terapisinin, flört şiddetine yönelik tutumlarına, sosyal sorun çözme becerilerine, benlik saygısına ve kişiler arası farkındalıklarına etkisini araştırmak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma tek gruplu (girişim grubu), ön test, son test, 1.ay ve 3.ay izlem, yarı deneysel desen kullanılarak Mart 2022–Eylül 2022 tarihleri arasında Aydın Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Fakültesi 1., 2. ve 3. sınıf öğrencisi olan 22 kadın öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilere 20 oturumluk Kişiler Arası İlişkisel Rol Analizi Grup Terapisi uygulanmıştır. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Flörtte Şiddete Yönelik Tutum Ölçekleri, Gözden Geçirilmiş Sosyal Sorun Çözme Ölçeği-Kısa Formu, Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği ve Kişiler Arası Farkındalık Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Öğrencilere ölçekler; grup terapisi öncesi, grup terapisi uygulandıktan hemen sonra, grup terapisinden 1 ay ve 3 ay sonra uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Nicel değişkenler için tanımlayıcı istatistikler ortalama±standart sapma (x̄±SS), kategorik değişkenler için tanımlayıcı istatistikler sayı (n) ve yüzde (%) olarak verilmiştir. Verilerin normal dağılıma uymaması nedeniyle tekrarlayan ölçümlerde Friedman testi kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel önemlilik olarak p<0,05 değeri alınmıştır. Tekrarlayan ölçümler arasında saptanan anlamlı farkın hangi ölçüm sonucundan kaynaklandığını belirlemek için Bonferroni düzeltmeli Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test uygulanmıştır. Bu test için önemlilik değeri: p=0,05/4=0,0125 olarak alınmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırma sonucunda hemşirelik öğrencilerine uygulanan Kişiler Arası İlişkisel Rol Analizi Grup Terapisinin öğrencilerin erkeğin flörtte uyguladığı şiddete yönelik tutumlarının kabulünde düşmeyi sağladığı (χ²=28,62, p<0,001), Gözden Geçirilmiş Sosyal Sorun Çözme Ölçeği-Kısa Formunun Soruna Negatif Yönelim Alt Boyutu (χ²=11,746, p=0,008), Dikkatsiz/Dürtüsel Tarz Alt Boyutu (χ²= 21,808, p<0,001), Gözden Geçirilmiş Sosyal Sorun Çözme Ölçeği-Kısa Formu toplam puanında (χ²=15,691, p=0,001) artış olduğu saptanmıştır. Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği puan ortalamaları açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde değişim olmadığı bulunmuştur (χ²=5,844, p=0,119). Çalışmamızda Kişiler Arası Farkındalık Ölçeği puan ortalamaları açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde değişim olmadığı tespit edilmiştir (χ²=4,991, p=0,172). Sonuç: Bu çalışmada flört şiddetine maruz kalan hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerine uygulanan Kişiler Arası İlişkisel Rol Analizi Grup Terapisinin öğrencilerin Erkeğin Flörtte Uyguladığı Psikolojik Şiddete Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği puanlarında azalmaya ve Gözden Geçirilmiş Sosyal Sorun Çözme Becerileri Ölçeği puanlarında artmaya neden olduğu belirlenmiştir. Flört şiddeti mağduriyetinin azaltılmasında, Kişiler Arası İlişkisel Rol Analizi Grup Terapisinin uygulanması önerilir.

Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Interpersonal Relational Role Analysis Group Therapy on attitudes toward dating violence, social problem-solving skills, self-esteem, and interpersonal awareness of nursing students who experienced dating violence. Materials and Method: The study was carried out with 22 female students who were 1st, 2nd and 3rd-year students of Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Nursing between March 2022 and September 2022 using a single-group (intervention group), pre-test, post-test, 1st month and 3rd month follow-up, quasi-experimental design. The students received 20 sessions of Interpersonal Relational Role Analysis Group Therapy. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Attitudes Towards Dating Violence Scales, Revised Social Problem Solving Scale-Short Form, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Interpersonal Awareness Scale. The scales were administered to the students before the group therapy, immediately after the group therapy, 1 month and 3 months after the group therapy. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics for quantitative variables were given as mean±standard deviation (x̄±SS), and descriptive statistics for categorical variables were presented as number (n) and percentage (%). Friedman test was used for repeated measurements because the data did not fit the normal distribution. A value of p<0.05 was taken as statistical significance. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test with Bonferroni correction was applied to determine which measurement result was the source of the significant difference between repeated measurements. The significance value for this test was taken as: p=0.05/4= 0.0125. Results: As a result of the study, Interpersonal Relational Role Analysis Group Therapy applied to nursing students decreased the acceptance of students' attitudes towards violence perpetrated by men in dating (χ²=28.62, p<0.001), It was found that there was an increase in the Negative Orientation to Problem Subdimension of the Revised Social Problem Solving Scale-Short Form (χ²=11.746, p=0.008), the Inattentive/Impulsive Style Subdimension (χ²= 21.808, p<0.001), and the total score of the Revised Social Problem Solving Scale-Short Form (χ²=15.691, p=0.001). It was found that there was no statistically significant change in terms of Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale mean scores (χ²=5.844, p=0.119). In our study, it was found that there was no statistically significant change in terms of the mean scores of the Interpersonal Awareness Scale (χ²=4.991, p=0.172). Conclusion: In this study, it was concluded that the Interpersonal Relational Role Analysis Group Therapy applied to nursing students who were exposed to dating violence decreased the scores of the Attitude Towards Psychological Violence by Men in Dating Scale and increased the scores of the Revised Social Problem Solving Skills Scale. It is recommended to apply Interpersonal Relational Role Analysis Group Therapy to reduce the victimization of dating violence.
