Özet
Diz Protezi Ameliyatı Esnasında Uygulanan Terapötik Dokunmanın Anksiyete, Yaşam Bulguları ve Konfor Düzeyine Etkisi Amaç: Bu araştırma, diz protezi ameliyatı esnasında yapılan terapötik dokunmanın yaşam bulguları, anksiyete ve konfor düzeyine etkisini karşılaştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal Metot: Randomize kontrollü deneysel türde olan bu araştırmanın verileri Atatürk Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ameliyathane bölümünde ortopedi ve travmatoloji odasında Ekim 2023 – Mart 2024 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Çalışmaya toplam 128 katılımcı dâhil edildi. Verilerin toplanmasında Hasta Tanıtım Formu, Durumluluk-Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği, Vas Konfor Ölçeği, Perianestezi Konfor Ölçeği ve Yaşam Bulguları Kayıt Formu kullanıldı. Bulgular: Deney grubundaki hastaların ameliyat sonrası durumluk kaygı puan ortalaması daha düşük, VAS Konfor ve Perianestezi Konfor Ölçekleri puan ortalamaları ise daha yüksek bulundu (p<0.05). Deney grubundaki hastaların terapötik uygulama yapıldıktan hemen sonra ve/veya ameliyat bittikten sonra ameliyat odasındaki solunum, oksijen saturasyonu, nabız ve sistolik kan basıncı değerlerinde olumlu etkiler gözlendi (p<0.05). Sonuç: Sonuç olarak, terapötik dokunmanın rejyonel anestezi ile diz protezi olan hastalarda kaygıyı azalttığı, konforu artırdığı ve yaşam bulguları üzerinde (diyastolik kan basıncı hariç) olumlu etkileri olduğu belirlendi.

ABSTRACT The Effect of Therapeutic Touch Applied During Knee Replacement Surgery on Anxiety, Vital Signs and Comfort Level Aim: This research was conducted to compare the effects of therapeutic touch during knee replacement surgery on vital signs, anxiety and comfort levels. Material Method: The data of this randomized controlled experimental study were collected between October 2023 and March 2024 in the orthopedics and traumatology room in the operating room department of Atatürk University Training and Research Hospital. A total of 128 participants were included in the study. Patient Information Form, State-Trait Anxiety Scale, Vas Comfort Scale, Perianesthesia Comfort Scale and Vital Signs Record Form were used to collect data. Results: Postoperative state anxiety mean scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower, and VAS Comfort and Perianesthesia Comfort Scales mean scores were higher (p<0.05). Positive effects were observed on the breathing, oxygen saturation, pulse and systolic blood pressure values of the patients in the experimental group immediately after the therapeutic application and/or after the surgery was completed (p<0.05). Conclusion: As a result, it was determined that therapeutic touch reduced anxiety, increased comfort and had positive effects on vital signs (except diastolic blood pressure) in patients with knee prosthesis under regional anesthesia.
