Özet
VII. ÖZET: Çankırı Devlet Hastanesinde çalışan Hemşirelerde Hepatit B Taşıyıcılığı Prevelansının Tesbiti ve Hemşirelerin Bu Konuda Bilgi, Tutum ve Davranışlarının Araştırılması. Bu çalışma 1998-1999 öğretim yılında, Çankırı Devlet Hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerde Hepatit B taşıyıcılığı prevelansını saptamak, hemşirelerin Hepatit B enfeksiyonundan korunmaya yönelik bilgi, tutum ve davranışlarını değerlendirmek, elde edilen sonuçlara yönelik önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma evrenim Canlan Devlet Hastanesinde çalışan tüm hemşireler oluşturmaktadır. Hastanede toplam 134 hemşire görev yapmasma karşın 2 hemşire araştırmaya katılmayı kabul etmemiş, 5 hemşire ise ücretsiz izinde oldukları için araştırmaya katılamamışlardır. Araştırmaya toplam 127 hemşire dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma için veriler anket formu ve laboratuvar tetkiklerinden elde edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ise yüzdelik, khi-kare testi ve Kolmogorov Smirnov Z testi kullanılmıştır. Değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre Çankırı Devlet Hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerde; HBs (+) oram %1,6, Anti HBs (+) oram %54,3, hastalığı geçirme oram %31,4 bulunurken, Hepatit B'ye karşı aşılanma oranı ise %59,1 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma kapsamındaki hemşirelerin Hepatit B ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin genelde iyi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ancak, bu bilgilerin uygulamaya konulmadığı saptanmıştır. Bunun nedeni ise eğitim eksikliği ve malzeme yetersizliği olarak görülmüştür. Hemşirelere Hepatit B ile ilgili bilgi ve korunma konusunda hizmet içi eğitimin verilmesi ve personelin malzeme eksikliğinin giderilmesi konusunda hastane yönetimine büyük görev düştüğü sonucuna varılmıştır.

VIII. SUMMARY The determination of Hepatitis B Virus Carries Prevalance and the investigation of knowledges, attitudes and behaviours of nurses who work in Çankırı State Hospital about this issue. This study was done in nurses who work in Çankırı State Hospital in order to determine the prevalence of Hepatitis B Virus Carriers and to evaluate nurses knowledges, attitudes and behaviors protective against hepatitis B virus infection and to propose about the results that were obtained from this subject during 1998-1999 educational year. The investigation was performed on all nurses working in Çankırı State Hospital, although there were 134 nurses working in hospital, 2 nurses rejected to participate in research and 5 nurses couldn't participate in investigation since they were given free of permission. Overall, research included 127 nurses. Data were obtained from questionnaire and laboratory findings and chi- square test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test were used in evaluating the data. According to the data, while HBs(Ag) ratio was 1,6%, Anti HBs(+) ratio 54,3% and 31,4% of the nurses had history of Hepatitis B infection in nurses working in Çankırı State Hospital, 59,1% of the nurses were vaccinated against Hepatitis B infection. In general, it was determined that the level of knowledge of the nurses participating in this research was good. However, it was determined that these knowledge wasn't put into the practice and the reason of this was mat there were lacking of education and inadequate equipment. It is concluded that Hospital Administrative Committee have great responsibilities about giving the education to nurses on the knowledge of Hepatitis B infection and of protection for Hepatitis B infection and about correcting the lacking of personnel equipment.
