Özet
Türk kültür ve sanat geleneklerini, mûsikîsini, yaşayış tarzlarını ve ahlâki yönlerini tasavvufi bir anlayış ve ideal ile ortaya koyan bir çevrede yetişen neyzen Kudsi Erguner; hizmetleri ile yurt dışında ve Türkiye'de toplumun manevi ve kültürel arayışlarına cevap vermeye çalışan bir sanatkâr olması sebebiyle çalışmamızın konusu olarak belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda Türk mûsikîsine pek çok eser kazandırmıştır. Kudsi Erguner, köklü bir mûsikî geleneğinden gelerek edindiği çevre, birikim ve icra gücü ile Türk müziğini dünyaya tanıtan bir meşaleyi halen taşımaktadır. Bu tez çalışması ile neyzen Kudsi Erguner'in hayatı, çevresi, projeleri, eserleri ve Türk müziğine katkıları incelenerek ortaya çıkan verilerle Türk kültür ve sanatı açısından değeri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış ve bu yolla gelecek nesillere örnek olabilecek bir şahsiyetin topluma tanıtılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma iki bölüm halinde planlanmıştır. Birinci bölümde neyzen Kudsi Erguner'in doğup büyüdüğü yerden başlanarak hayatı, aile yapısında var olan mûsikî geleneğinin kendi üzerindeki etkisi ve bunun sonucunda edindiği mûsikî çevresi, bulunduğu ortamlar sunulmuştur. Bu bilgilerle bulunduğu toplumun, Kudsi Erguner üzerindeki etkileri ve yaptığı çalışmaların sonuçlarına dair sosyolojik ve kültürel değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ortaya çıkardığı projelere, kitaplara, albümlere, konserlere, bestelere, katıldığı festivallere ve Türk mûsikîsi hakkındaki görüşlerine değinilerek ve besteciliği yönünden bir değerlendirme yapılarak bu hizmetlerin Türk mûsikîsi açısından önemi ve sağladığı katkılar incelenmiştir. Literatür taraması ile edinilen bilgilerin yanında, Kudsi Erguner'in kendisi ve ulaşılabilen çevresi ile yapılan röportajlarla da bulgular desteklenmiştir. Kudsi Erguner'in Türk mûsikîsini uluslararası alanda da tanıtıp yaygınlaştırılmasında büyük katkıları olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Anahtahtar Kelimeler: Ney, Neyzen, Kudsi Erguner, Türk Mûsikîsi.

Neyzen Kudsi Erguner, who grew up in an environment that reveals Turkish cultural and artistic traditions, music, lifestyles and moral aspects with a Sufi understanding and ideal; He was determined as the subject of our study because he is an artist who tries to respond to the spiritual and cultural searches of the society in Turkey and abroad with his services. At the same time, he contributed many works to Turkish music. Kudsi Erguner still carries the torch that introduces Turkish music to the world with the environment, knowledge and performance power he acquired from a deep-rooted musical tradition. With this thesis study, neyzen Kudsi Erguner's life, environment, projects, works and contributions to Turkish music were examined, and with the data obtained, his value in terms of Turkish culture and art was tried to be revealed, and in this way, it was aimed to introduce to the society a personality who could be an example for future generations. The study is planned in two parts. In the first part, starting from where neyzen Kudsi Erguner was born and raised, his life, the influence of the musical tradition in his family structure on himself, and the musical environment he acquired as a result, and the environments he was in are presented. With this information, sociological and cultural evaluations were made regarding the effects of the society he lived in on Kudsi Erguner and the results of his work. In the second part, the projects, books, albums, concerts, compositions, festivals he attended and his views on Turkish music were touched upon and an evaluation was made in terms of his composition, and the importance and contributions of these services to Turkish music were examined. In addition to the information obtained through literature review, the findings were also supported by interviews with Kudsi Erguner herself and her accessible circle. It has been concluded that Kudsi Erguner made great contributions to introducing and popularizing Turkish music internationally.
