Özet
1299 yılında kurulan Osmanlı Devleti içerisinde ticarethaneler esnafla halkın buluştuğu yer olarak varlıklarını sürdürmektedir. Bu mekanlarda oluşturulan esnaf yapılanması da vardır. Bu esnaf yapılanmasında esnafın haklarını korumak, esnaf ile devlet arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenlemek, halkın ihtiyaçlarının belirli bir kalite ve fiyat kontrolüne bağlı yapılmasını sağlayan bir yapılanmadır. Bu yapılanmanın olduğu mekanlar; kervansaray, han, bedesten, arasta gibi birbirinden farklı isimlerle alarak yapıların içerisindeki ürünlerin belirlenmesinde bizlere yardımcı olmaktadır. Sivas vilayeti de bu mekanlara ev sahipliği yapan Anadolu'nun güzide şehirlerinden biridir. Geçmişten günümüze birçok medeniyetlere ev sahipliği yapmış olan Sivas Danişmenliler döneminde başkent konumunda olup Selçuklu Devleti zamanında da konumu itibariyle önemli hizmetlerde bulunmuştur. Kavşak nokta olarak doğu ve batıyı birbirine bağlaması Sivas'ın ticari açıdan önemini daha da ortaya koymuştur. bu dönemlerde yapılan ticarethaneler Osmanlı Devleti içerisinde de devamlılığını sürdürmüş ve yenileri eklenerek ekonomik olarak halkın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayarak ticaretin gelişmesine katkıda bulunmuştur. Birçoğu şehir merkezinde bulunan bu yapılar günümüzde de halen kullanılmaktadır.

Within the Ottoman Empire, which was founded in 1299, commercial establishments continue their existence as places where tradesmen and people meet. There is also the work of tradesmen stored in these spaces. This structure of tradesmen is a structure that protects the protection of tradesmen, unites tradesmen and the state, and ensures that people's needs are subject to a certain quality and price control. The places where this structure is located are; It helps to determine the hygienic conditions inside the buildings with different names such as caravanserai, inn, covered bazaar and arasta. Sivas province is also the place where the most beautiful of Anatolia, which hosts these places, are hidden. Sivas Danişmenliler, which has hosted many civilizations in the past, is the capital city and provided important services due to its location during the Seljuk State period. The commercial expansion of Sivas, which connects the east and west as a junction point, becomes more evident. The commercial establishments built during these periods maintained their continuity within the Ottoman Empire and new ones were added and shaped by the development of trade by meeting the needs of people economically. These structures, located in the center of the cities, are still used today.
