Özet
Kelâm ilminde bazı sosyal ve siyasî olaylar neticesinde birtakım tartışmalı problemler ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kelâmî problemlere yaklaşım tarzı mezheplerin kendi bakış açılarına göre farklı boyutlardan ele alınmıştır. Teklif konusu da Kelâm ilminin tartışmalı konuları arasındadır. Teklif meselesi Kelâm ilminin önemli konularından biri olmasının yanında tefsirlerde de müstakil olarak yer almıştır. Teklif, eşref-i mâhlukât olan insan için önemli bir mefhumdur. Zîra ilâhi teklife muhatap olan insanın birtakım sorumlulukları vardır. İslam dininde insanın bazı zorluklarla sorumlu tutulması, ilahi hikmet, kudret ve irade açısından ele alınmıştır. Bunun yanında yükümlü olmak için bazı şartların varlığı da gerekmektedir. Bu şartlar mezheplerin kendi sistemleri bağlamında farklılık arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada güç yetirilemeyenin teklifi meselesi İslâm dininin sac ayağı olan Mutezile, Eş'ariye ve Matüridiyye ekollerinin kendi görüşleri perspektifinden ele alınmıştır. Bu üç mezhebin görüşleri ele alınırken onların meşhur tefsirlerinin konuyla ilgili olan ayetleri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın gayesi, insanın dinen sorumlu olmasını teklifin imkânı bağlamında ele alan mezheplerin görüşlerini incelemektir.

Some controversial problems have emerged in the science of theology as a result of some social and political events. The approach to these theological problems has been handled from different dimensions according to the sects' own perspectives. The issue of proposal is also among the controversial issues of the science of Kalām. In addition to being one of the important topics of theology, the issue of proposal has also been included in the tafsirs separately. Proposal is an important concept for the human being, who is a fellow creature. Because the human being, who is the addressee of the divine offer, has some responsibilities. In Islam, the fact that man is held responsible for some difficulties is considered in terms of divine wisdom, power and will. In addition, the existence of some conditions is also required to be liable. These conditions differ in the context of the sects' own systems. In this study, the issue of offer-i mā lā yutāq is discussed from the perspective of the views of the Mutazila, Ash'ariyya and Maturidiyya schools, which are the pillars of the Islamic religion. While discussing the views of these three sects, the relevant verses of their famous commentaries were analysed. The aim of this study is to examine the views of the sects that deal with the religious responsibility of man in the context of the possibility of the offer.
