Özet
Yapay zekâ teknolojilerindeki gelişim hızla devam etmektedir. Bu gelişim hem niceliksel hem de niteliksel boyutlarda kendini göstermektedir. Bu durum, geçmişten günümüze yapay zekâ ile ilgili pek çok iddianın tekrar gündeme gelmesine ve yeni iddia ve teorilerin ortaya atılmasına sebep olmuştur. Din felsefesinin en önemli konularından biri olan Tanrı tasavvurları, âlemdeki olaylar ve olguların etkisiyle şekillenmektedir. Yapay zekâ teknolojilerindeki gelişim, âlemde gözlemlediğimiz yeni bir olgudur ve bu yeni olgu teolojik açıdan incelenmelidir. Bu bağlamda, teolojik iddialar Tanrı tasavvurları açısından değerlendirilmelidir. Konumuzla ilgili iddialar şunlardır: Yapay zekânın bilinç ve irade sahibi bir varlığa dönüşeceği, yapay zekânın insandan üstün bir konuma ulaşacağı, yapay zekânın kendisinden daha zeki yapay zekâlar üreteceği ve transhümanizmin iddialarıdır. Bu iddialar her ne kadar teknoloji ile ilgili görünse de aslında ontolojik iddialardır, çünkü insanın yeryüzündeki istisnai konumunu sorgulatan ve klasik Tanrı anlayışlarını etkileyen bir mahiyet taşımaktadırlar. Bu iddialar, Tanrı'nın âleme nasıl müdahil olduğu ile ilgili düşüncemizi ve dolayısıyla Tanrı tasavvurumuzu etkileyecek gibi görünmektedir. Yapay zekâ, insanın varlık âlemine, kendisine ve Tanrı'ya dair birçok sorunun cevabını bulabileceği ve belki de yeni soruların üretileceği bir alandır. Bu çalışmada, yapay zekâya kaynaklık eden bilgisayar teknolojisi ve yapay zekâ programlarının tarihsel süreci kısaca anlatılmıştır. Daha sonra, yapay zekâ ile ilgili gelecekte gerçekleşmesi beklenen iddialar ortaya konmuş ve bu iddialara yönelik eleştiriler ele alınarak, iddiaların gerçekçiliği değerlendirilmiştir. Başlıca Tanrı tasavvurlarından teizm, deizm, panteizm ve panenteizmin, varlıkların ortaya çıkmasında, varlıklarını devam ettirmesinde, gelişmesinde, kısaca yeryüzündeki bütün olaylarda Tanrı'ya atfettikleri roller kısmen betimlenmiştir. Ardından, yapay zekâ ile ilgili iddialar bu Tanrı tasavvurları açısından değerlendirilmiş ve yapay zekâ ile ilgili iddiaların bu Tanrı tasavvurları ile uyumlu veya çelişkili yönleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

The development of artificial intelligence technologies is progressing at an exponentially increasing pace. This development is manifesting in both quantitative and qualitative dimensions. This situation has led to many claims about artificial intelligence being revisited from the past and the emergence of new claims and theories. One of the most important topics in the philosophy of religion is the conceptions of God, which are shaped by the events and phenomena in the world. The development of Al technologies is a new phenomenon we observe in the world, and this new phenomenon should be examined from a theological perspective. In this context, theological claims should be evaluated in terms of conceptions of God, and the relevant claims should be addressed. The relevant claims are as follows: artificial intelligence will transform into an entity with consciousness and will, artificial intelligence will reach a position superior to humans, artificial intelligence will produce more intelligent artificial intelligences, and the claims of transhumanism. Although these claims seem to be related to technology, they are essentially ontological claims, as they question the exceptional position of humans on earth and challenge classical understandings of God. These claims appear to affect our thinking about how God intervenes in the world and consequently our conception of God. Artificial intelligence is a field where many questions about human existence, self, and God can be answered, and perhaps new questions will be generated. This study briefly describes the historical process of computer technology and artificial intelligence programs that form the basis of artificial intelligence. Then, future anticipated claims about artificial intelligence are presented, and criticisms of these claims are addressed, thereby evaluating these claims in terms of their realism. The main conceptions of God—such as theism, deism, pantheism, and panentheism—are partially described in terms of the roles they attribute to God in the emergence, continuation, and development of beings, and in all events on earth. Subsequently, the claims about artificial intelligence are evaluated from the perspective of these conceptions of God, and the compatibility or contradictions of the artificial intelligence claims with these conceptions of God are explored.
