Özet
Bu çalışmada Balıkesir il- ilçe Müftülüklerinde görevli olan vaizlerin vaazlar ve vaizlik açısından sürekli eğitim hakkındaki görüşleri ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada vaizlerin görev alanını oluşturan vaaz ve irşad faaliyetlerinin her yaştan kişiye etkili bir şekilde ulaşması noktasındaki etkisinin öğrenilmesi ve değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu tez, yapılan protokoller sayesinde ceza- infaz ve denetimli serbestlik kurumları, aile danışmanlık ve rehberlik büroları gibi çeşitli yerlerde aktif olarak hizmet gösteren vaizlerin sürekli eğitim açısından önemini dile getirmeyi amaçlamıştır. Çalışma grubunu Balıkesir İl- İlçe Müftülüklerinde aktif olarak vaizlik görevini sürdüren görevliler oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması görüşme tekniği ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşme formunda yer alan sorular katılımcılara yöneltilmiş, izinleri doğrultulusunda sesleri kaydedilmiş, kaydedilen veriler daha sonra bilgisayar ortamına işlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, daha detaylı ve anlamlı sonuçların çıkması açısından içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda ise; vaizlerin vaazları sadece cami kürsüsünde yapılan bir faaliyet olarak değerlendirilmemesi gerektiği, gündelik yaşamın içerisinde olması gereken bir faaliyet olarak değerlendirilmesi durumunda sürekli eğitim açısından etkili olabileceği tespit edilmiştir.

This study examines the views of preachers working in the provincial and district mufti offices in Balıkesir regarding continuous education in the context of sermons and preaching. The research aims to learn and evaluate the impact of sermon and guidance activities, which constitute the preachers' field of duty, in effectively reaching people of all ages. This thesis aims to highlight the importance of continuous education for preachers who actively serve in various places such as penal institutions, probation and supervised release institutions, family counseling and guidance offices.The study group consists of preachers who are actively serving in the provincial and district mufti offices in Balıkesir. Data were collected using semi-structured interview forms and interviews with participants. With the participants' permission, their voices were recorded and the recorded data was later transferred to a computer environment. Content analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data to obtain more detailed and meaningful results. As a result of the research, it was found that sermons by preachers should not be considered merely as activities conducted on the mosque pulpit, but as activities that should be integrated into daily life. When evaluated in this way, it can be more effective in terms of continuous education. This result highlights the importance and necessity of preachers actively serving in different locations and various social contexts.
