Özet
Bu tez çalıĢması Yozgat bölgesinde afetsel olaylardan kaynaklı yapısal hasarların araĢtırılarak tespiti ve bu tespitlere bağlı risk analizlerini içermektedir. Bu amaçla Yozgat il merkezi ve ilçelerini kapsayan 14123km² yüzölçümlü alanda Yozgat AFAD Ġl Müdürlüğü arĢivleri ve tarafımca yapılan saha araĢtırması sonucu günümüzde bölgede etkili olan geçmiĢ dönemlerde kayıt altına alınan afetler (özellikle AFAD kurumunun ülkemizde kurulduğu 2009 tarihinden itibaren kayda alınan resmi veriler ve kaynaklara göre) incelenmiĢtir. Yapılan incelemede bölgede meydan gelen önemli afetlerin özellikle yapısal hasara yönelik etkisi sayısal olarak değerlendirilmiĢ ve grafiklerle sunulmuĢtur. Afet türlerinin kuvvetli ve zayıf etki durumlarına göre bölgedeki etkisi sınıflandırılmıĢtır. Bu çalıĢmada bölgemizde gerçekleĢen afet türlerinin ve afet etkisinin tespiti yapılarak bölgesel etki durumlarına göre ileride olması muhtemel afet risk analizleri yapılmıĢtır. Afet türlerinin Yozgat bölgesinin çeĢitli yerlerinde farklı etki durumuna göre bölgesel etki durumları harita üzerinde gösterilmiĢtir. Bölgede muhtemel afet risklerine karĢı kuvvetli ve zayıf etkilere göre alınacak tedbirler ve dikkate alınması gerekli hususlara dair sonuç ve öneriler verilmiĢtir.

his thesis includes the investigation and detection of structural damage caused by disaster events in the Yozgat region and risk analyzes related to these determinations. For this purpose, the archives of Yozgat AFAD Provincial Directorate and the disasters recorded in the past periods that were effective in the region as a result of the field research conducted by me, in an area with a surface area of 14123 km² covering Yozgat city center and districts (especially according to official data and sources recorded since 2009, when the AFAD institution was established in our country), were examined. In the analysis, the effects of major disasters in the region, especially on structural damage, were evaluated numerically and presented with graphics. The impact of disaster types on the region has been classified according to their strong and weak impact status. In this study, the types of disasters that occurred in our region and their impact were determined, and disaster risk analyzes that were likely to occur in the future were made according to regional impact situations. Regional impact situations of disaster types in various parts of the Yozgat region are shown on the map according to their different impact situations. Conclusions and suggestions regarding the measures to be taken and the issues to be taken into consideration against possible disaster risks in the region, according to strong and weak effects, have been determined.
