Özet
İç ten yanmalı bir dizel motorunun, istenilen per formansı verebilmesi, büyük ölçüde, emme ve egzoz manifold ları ile silindirlerdeki basınç ve sıcaklıklara bağlıdır Bu çalışmayla, dört zamanlı, normal emişli, altı silindirli bir BUSSING U9 dizel motoruna aşırı doldurma, uygulanarak a şırı doldurmanın motor performans parametre ler inde ki deği şimleri incelenmiş t aşırı doldurma uygulanacak bir dizel motoruna uygun kompresör Ye türbin seçimi ile bunların mo tora eşlenmeleri analiz edilmiştir, Normal emişli ve aşı rı doldurma, uygulanmış durumlarda, l/2 ve 4/5 gaz durumla rında değişik devirlerde motorun tork ve gücü, özgül yakıt tüketimi, özgül hava tüketimi, termik verim, yağ ve soğutma suyu sıcaklıkları ile emme ve egzoz manifoldlarındaki basınç ve sıcaklıklar incelenerek performans parametreleri karşı laş tı rılmış tır.

The performance of an internal combustion diesel engine mainly depends on the temperatures and pressures obtained in the cylinders intake and exhaust manifolds» In this study / â normal aspirated, four-stroke, six cy linders BUSSING U9 diesel engine hod been used in order to apply turbocharging and investigate it's consequences on the performance parameters of the engine « Also, it has been analysed how to select and match a suitable turboch- arger'to an existing engine. Both, for the normal aspir ated and turbocharged positions of the engine, for the 1/2 and 4/5 load conditions /the power, torgue and spec ific fuel consumptions specific air cosumption, thermal efficiency and the temperatures of the engine oil and cooling water of the engine had been measured for the different engine speeds. iY
