SÜBSTİTÜE BENZO [ b] TİYOFENLERÎN DİMETİL ASETİLENDİKARBOKSİLAT İLE REAKSİYONLARI (Doktora Tezi) Yılmaz YILDI RIR GAZÎ ÜNÎVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Mart 1990 ÖZ Bu çalışmada, öncelikle vat boyalarının eldesinde kullanılan halosübstitüe benzo [b] tiyofen (2,3 H)-3- on bileşikleri sentezlenmiştir. Bu bileşikleri sentezleye- bilmek için çıkış maddesi olarak kullanılan tiyoglikolik asitlerin sentezi yüksek verimle ve yeni bir yöntemle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Benzo [b] tiyofen (2,3 H)-3-on bileşiklerinden de halosübstitüe -3- [ 1-pirolidinil] benzo [b] tiyofen bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Benzo [ b] tiyofenlerin dimetil asetilendikarboksilat ile reaksiyonları polar ve apolar çözücüler içerisinde denenmiştir. İki tür çözücü içerisinde de yalnız [ 2+2] siklokatılma ürünleri oluşmuş ve reaksiyonun siklobüten yapısında kaldığı gözlenmiştir.

REACTIONS OF SUBSTITUTED BENZO[ b] THIOPEENES WITH DIMETHYL ACETYLENE J3ICARBOXYLATE (Ph.D. Thesis) Yılmaz YILDIRIR GAZÎ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY March 1990 ABSTRACT Halo substituted ben zo[ bj] thiophene -3(2H)-ones were successfully synthesized in this work. These compounds were used as indigoid and vat dyes. Thioglycollic acid derivates which were used to synthesize benzo [b] thiophene -3(2H)-ones were synthesized with high yield by new method. Halosubstituted 3- (1-pyrrolidinyl) ben zo[ b] thiophene s were all obtained by reactions of corresponding benzo[ b] thiophene -3 (2H)-ones and pyrrolidine. Reactions were carried in polar and apolar solvents. Reactions are all take an entirely same course which is completely different than literature and only (2+2)-cycloaddition products were obtained. xxx
