Özet
350 ÖZET Bu tezde; Kırgız, Kazak ve Karakalpak Türkçelerindeki“fiil”düzeni karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Tez,“Yapı”ve“Çekim”adları altında iki ana bölümden oluşmuştur.“Yapı”bölümü; basit-fiiller, türemiş fiiller ve birleşik fiilleri içine alır. Türemiş fiiller incelenirken, isimden fiil yapma ekleriyle, fiilden fiil yapma eklerini tanıklayan özgün örnekler, ilgili lehçe sözlüklerinden taranmış; işlek eklerin işlevlerini belirtecek nicelikte örnekler sunulurken, ölü ve az işlek eklere ait bütün örnekler verilmiştir.“Çekim”bölümünde her üç yazı dilindeki fiillerin basit çekimleriyle istek, emir, şart, gereklilik kiplerinin çekimleri ve birleşik çekim incelenmiş; yeterlik ve soru şekillerine de temas edilmiştir. İsim fiilinin çekimi, sıfat-fiiller ve zarf-fiiller de“Çekim”kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir.“Çekim”bölümünde yer alan konular, ilgili yazılı dillerin temiz örneklerini sunan yazılı kaynaklardan alınmış mısra ve cümlelerle desteklenmiştir.

351 SUMMARY This thesis concerns Verbal System in Kazakh, Kirghiz and Karakalpkh Turkish dialects. The primary subject matter of thesis is the problem of Verbal System in Kazakh, Kirghiz and Karakalpakh Turkishs. The thesis consists of an introduction, the thesis itself, and a Bibliography. In this thesis basically consist of two parts. The first part is the structure and the second is conjugation. The Part Structure contains simple verbs, derivative verbs and compound verbs. In the study of derivative verbs, the original examples that were given, to proof, both of the suffixes that are the suffixes make verb form verbs and the suffixes make verb from nouns. These examples that are the best have been searched and chosen from the dictionaries of the dialects that related their own to show perfectly the functions of the productive suffixes, while giving all the examples of dead and non-productive suffixes. In the Part Conjugation, the conjugations of simple verbs and the moods of subjunctive optative, imperative, conditional, necessitate, and the compound conjugation have beed studied. Meanwhile, question and ability forms of the moods have been touched on too. Moreover, the conjuction of substantive verb, participles and gerunds have been studied at the same case. The subject matters in the part conjugation have beed supported with the example sentences as far as it could be. The last part of this thesis proper is the Bibliography comprising a list of general sources that complete the thesis.
