Özet
Bu çalışmada başlangıç maddesi 2-aminotereftalik asitin 1,2-fenilendiamin, 4-metil-o-fenilendiamin, 2-aminofenol ve 2-amino-4-metilfenol ile reaksiyonu çeşitli katalizörler kullanarak literatüre göre gerçekleştirildi. Reaksiyon sonucu sırasıyla 2,5-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2il)anilin (AT2DA), 2,5-bis(5-metil-1H-benzimidazol-2-il)anilin (AT2MOF), 2,5-bis(benzoksazol-2-il)anilin (AT2AF) ve 2,5-bis(5-metilbenzoksazol-2-il)anilin (AT2AFM) bileşikleri elde edildi. Daha sonra literatür yardımıyla sentezlenen 2-((2-hidroksibenziliden)amino)tereftalik asit (ATSA) Schiff bazının 1,2-fenilendiamin ve 4-metil-o-fenilendiamin ile kondenzasyon reaksiyonu sonucu sırasıyla 2-(((2,5-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-il)fenil)imino)metil)fenol (ATSA2DA) ve 2-(((2,5-bis(5-metil-1H-benzimidazol-2-il)fenil)imino)metil)fenol (ATSA2MOF) benzimidazol Schiff bazları, 2-aminofenol ve 2-amino-4-metilfenol ile ise sırasıyla 2-(((2,5-bis(benzoksazol-2-il)fenil)imino)metil)fenol (ATSA2AF) ve 2-(((2,5-bis(5-metilbenzoksazol-2-il)fenil)imino)metil)fenol (ATSA2AFM) benzoksazol Schiff bazları sentezlenmiştir. Daha sonra elde ettiğimiz ligantlar ile Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II) metal kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sonuç olarak iki adet benzimidazol ve iki adet benzoksazol ligantı olmak üzere dört ligand mikrodalga yardımıyla sentezlendi ve ligandların yapıları FT-IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, elementel analiz yöntemleri ile tayin edildi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin Co(II), Ni(II) ve Cu(II) metal kompleksleri sentezlenerek FT-IR, elementel analiz ve manyetik süsseptibilite yöntemleri ile yapıları aydınlatıldı.

In this study, the reaction of the starting material 2-aminoterephthalic acid with 1,2-phenylenediamine, 4-methyl-o-phenylenediamine, 2-aminophenol and 2-amino-4-methylphenol was carried out according to the literature using various catalysts. As a result of the reaction, 2,5-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)aniline (AT2DA), 2,5-bis(5-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)aniline (AT2MOF), 2,5-bis(benzoxazol-2-yl)aniline (AT2AF) and 2,5-bis(5-methylbenzoxazol-2-yl)aniline (AT2AFM) compounds were obtained respectively. The condensation reaction of the Schiff base 2-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)terephthalic acid (ATSA) with 1,2-phenylenediamine and 4-methyl-o-phenylenediamine led to 2-((2,5-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenyl)imino)methyl)phenol (ATSA2DA) and 2-(((2,5-bis(5-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenyl)imino)methyl)phenol (ATSA2MOF) with benzimidazole Schiff bases, 2-aminophenol and 2-amino-4-methylphenol with 2-((((2, 5-bis(benzoxazol-2-yl)phenyl)imino)methyl)phenol (ATSA2AF) and 2-((2,5-bis(5-methylbenzoxazol-2-yl)phenyl)imino)methyl)phenol (ATSA2AFM) benzoxazole Schiff bases were synthesized. Then Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) metal complexes were synthesized with the ligands we obtained. As a result, four ligands, two benzimidazole and two benzoxazole ligands, were synthesized by microwave and the structures of the ligands were determined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, elemental analysis methods. Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) metal complexes of the obtained compounds were synthesized and their structures were elucidated by FT-IR, elemental analysis and magnetic susceptibility methods.
