Özet
IV ÖZET Bir imalat işletmesinin temel amacı, düşünülen mamullerin imalatını gerçekleştirmektir. Ancak bu işin, yüksek verimlilik ve düşük maliyetlerle yapılması büyük önem taşır. Bu nedenle de, işletmenin örgütlenmesi ve tüm fonksiyonların işleyişi yüksek verimliliği ve düşük maliyetleri sağlayacak biçimde bir hedefe yönelmelidir. Bir işletmede, verimliliği arttırıcı ve maliyetleri düşürücü yöntemlerden birisi de, Hücresel Üretim Sistemi ile çevrim periyodu optimizasyonunun uygulanmasıdır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, mevcut üretim sistemleri ve üretim bileşenleri konusu incelenmiştir. ikinci bölümünde, Hücresel Üretim Sistemleri ve Grup teknolojisi üzerine literatürde yer alan bilgiler aktarılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, çalışma konusunun uygulama alanı olan Pres Atelyesinde gerçekleştirilen presleme işlemi ve üretim zamanları analizi yapılmıştır. Dördüncü ve beşinci bölümde, Hücresel Üretim Sistemi Yaklaşımı ile Pres Hattı Yükleme ve Üretim Çevrim Periyodu Optimizasyonu Modeli incelenmiştir. Altıncı bölümde, Hücresel Üretim Sistemi ile Pres Hattı Yükleme ve Üretim Çevrim Periyodu Optimizasyonu modelinin, bir otomobil fabrikasına uygulanması incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise, Pres atelyesinde güncel olarak uygulanan mevcut üretim modeli ile çalışmanın ana temasını oluşturan önerilen modelin karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Bundan başka, önerilen üretim modeli ile ilgili sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.

SUMMARY The main objective of a production company is to manufacture a product. The low cost and high efficiency rate are very important factors in the production. Also for this reason, the company must be very well organized and also each unit must have a sensibility of knowledge about low cost and high efficiency. Also, in a production company, one of the ways to increase the rate of efficiency and to reduce the costs is to perform the cell production system together with the optimisation of the cycle period. In the first part of this study, the current production systems and the elements of the production are observed. In the second part of this study, the information is given on about the cell production systems and also about the group technology. In the third part of the study, the experiment is carried out on the stamping analysis operation and the time study analysis. In the fourth and the fifth part of this study, approach with cell production system, stamp line loading and production cycle period optimisation model is proposed. In the sixth part, the model of cell production system, stamp line loading and production cycle period optimisation in an automobile plant in which the body is mounted from sheet plates are examined. In the final part, the comparison is done in the stamping shop between the model is being manufactured and the model is being proposed which the study constitute. The comments and the discussions are also included at the end about the model is being proposed.
