Özet
IV Bu çalışmada Ecballium elaterium'un meyve suyundan elde edilen ekstrelerin olası antibakteriyel etkileri araştırıldı Meyva suyundan farklı yöntemlerle, biri sıvı, diğer 3'ü toz halde olmak üzere 4 ekstrat elde edildi. Ekstratların herbirinin Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia cali ve Salmonella enteriditis bakteri türlerine karşı antibakteriyel aktivitelerinin va rolup olmadığı Agar Difüzyon Yöntemi Ve Seri Dilüsyon Yöntemleri ile in-vitro ortamda araştırıldı. Liyofilizasyona tabi tutularak elde edilen toz ekstratların çalış mada kullanılan bakteri türleri üzerinde herhangi bir antibakteriyel aktiviteye sahip olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Liyofilizasyona tabi tutulmayıp, taze meyvanın suyunun sıkılıp, 0.22u.m steril filtreden geçirilerek elde edilen sıvı ekstrat ise, kullanılan bak teri popülasyonlarına bağlı olarak yalnızca Staphylacoccus aureus üzerinde sulandı rılmadan bakterisid bir etki göstermiştir. Ecballium elalerium'un meyva suyundan elde edilen ekstreler çalışmada kullanılan diğer bakteriler üzerinde bakterisid bir etki göstermeyip, yalnızca üremeyi durdurucu, inhibitör bir etki göstermiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre bu meyve suyundan elde edilen ekstratların bakte riler üzerinde antibakteriyel bir etkiye sahip olduğu düşünülmemektedir. Ancak tam anlamıyla bu kanıya varabilmek için gelecekte bu konuda yapılacak araştırmaların farklı bakteriler üzerinde de yapılması ve çalışmaların in vivo bir ortamda gerçekleştirilmesinin daha uygun olacağı kanısındayım.

SUMMARY In this research, the fruit juice of Ecballium elaterium has or not an antibactrial activity was investigated. By using different kinds of methods, four extrat, were otained which one of them was liquid other 3 of them were powder. Every ekstrat was investigated by the Agar Dilution Method and Seri Dilution methods in in-vitro medium. Which has or not got an antibacterial activity against the species (strain)of the Staphylococcus aereus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Salmonella ent eridi lis. The powder extracts which were obtained by the liophylization were seen that have no antibacterial activity on the species of the bacteria which were used in the research. The liquid extract which was obtained by the fresh fruit with squezing.Then the extract was filtrated by the 0.22|im sterile filter. Next it is observed that non diluted extract of Ecballium elaterium has an antibacterial activity only on the spe cies of Staphylococcus aureus. By the way, it is observed only an inhibitor effect which stoped the growing on the other bacteria which were used in the research. According to there is no evidence that the extracts which were obtained from this fruit juice has no an antibacterial effect on the species of the bacteria used in this research. But if you want to have an exact conclution, it will be proper that the re search will be done with in vivo medium on the different species of bacteria in the future.
