Özet
Bu araştırmamda, fıkıh usulünün birçok meselesinde görülen ve âlimlerin görüş ayrılıklarına yol açan sebeplere değinilecek ve füru fıkhî konularda uygulamalı bir surette ele alınacaktır. Ayrıca usulü fıkıh ve ilmu'l-hilâf kavramları tanımlanacaktır. Yanı sıra ihtilaf nedenlerinden sayılan kelam ilmi, mantık ilmi ve içtihat gibi kavramlar açıklanacaktır. Daha sonra usulcülerin Kur'ân, Sünnet, icma, kıyas, sahabe kavli, istihsan, istishab, mesalih-i mürsele ve şer'u men kablenâ gibi muhtelefun fîh konular izah edilecektir. Ayrıca usulcülerin âm, hâs, mutlak, mukayyet, müşterek gibi terimlerin anlamlarındaki ihtilaflar örneklerle açıklanacaktır.

In this research, I explained the reasons for the disagreement that led to the difference of fundamentalists in many issues of jurisprudence, by mentioning the reasons that led to the differences of scholars, and giving an applied picture of the foundations and courses of fundamentalist disagreement, through the definition of fundamentals and the science of disagreement, and to explain the reasons for disagreement due to the origins of religion, speech science, logic, inference and diligence. Then applications for the reasons of difference between fundamentalists in the evidence of the agreed provisions of the Book, Sunnah, consensus and measurement, and the different of approval and interests sent and the association and the saying of the Sahabi and proceeded by us, So is the fundamentalist disagreement in the connotations of public, private, absolute, restricted and common words, with al-Raj's statement of disagreement.
