Özet
The knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence and its indices, and the reviewing of method and curriculum of the scholars, who are reference of this field of important issues, which must be under full care and enlightening the people about the same, as you can not recognize the foundations and rules of worshipping, unless we get acquaintance with the Islamic jurisprudence, its indices and knowing the certified scholars therein. * So, the study is meant to be about one of these nonpareils scholars, whom have the great impact in transferring Islamic religion provisions worldwide, the study took the title (Imam Al-Tahawi literature for his doctrines' scholars through his book“Explanation of Ma'ani al-Athar”) This study is specified these issues in which Al-Tahawi has different opinion with the Imams of Hanafi doctrine (Abu Hanifa, Abu Yousuf and Mohammed Ibn Al-Hassan), jointly or separately, as it may be with all, or two or one of them, and, - problems that have been Overbalanced by Al- Tahawi, in this book, classifies in accordance with Abu-Hanifa doctrine or the contrary to him in three parts: 1- Most of that, he agrees with the three; Abu Hanifa, Abu Yousuf and Mohammed Ibn Al-Hassan. 2- Some of them in contrary with Abu Hanifa, but in agreement with Abu Yousuf and Mohammed Ibn Al-Hassan or one of them. 3- Some in different views with the doctrine, i.e. Abu Hanifa, Abu Yousuf and Mohammed Ibn Al-Hassan, May Allah have mercy on them all. The problem in the two parts: which have been studied under this research, that is a few in comparison to the problems in the first part.
