ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ TÜRKİYE 'DE GÜMRÜK BİRLİĞİ SONRASI MAKARNA SANAYİİNİN UYUM ÇALIŞMALARI AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ GÜLAY SUBAŞI Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bitimleri Enstitüsü Tarım Ekonomisi Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof. Dr. Gfilcan ERAKTAN 1998, Sayfa:98 Jüri: Prof. Dr. Gülcan ERAKTAN Prof. Dr. Nurettin YILDIRAK Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞAHİNÖZ Bu araştırmada, Türkiye ile Avrupa Birliği (AB) arasında oluşturulan Gümrük Birliği'nin (GB) Avrupa Birliğinde islenmiş tarım ürünü olarak kabul edilen makarna sektörüne etkilerinin ne olduğunun araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu noktadan hareketle Türkiye' de makarna sanayiinin mevcut durumu ortaya konulmuş, AB ve Türkiye'de makarnalık buğdaya yönelik olarak uygulanan politikalar ve bu politikaların makarna sanayiine olan etkilerinin ne olduğu incelenmiştir. Çalışmada Delphi tahmin yöntemi kullanılarak, bu günkü etkilenme düzeyinden hareketle GB' nden sektörün nasıl etkileneceği konusunda yetkililerin görüşlerine başvurulmuş, ayrıca makarna fabrikaları ile yapılan anket sonucu sanayinin mevcut durumu, makarna fabrikalarında anketi yanıtlayan yetkililerin GB hakkındaki görüşleri ve genel olarak sektörün sorunları saptanarak, sorunlarının çözümüne yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Dr.Gükan ERAKTAN Prof. Dr. Nurettin YILDIRAK Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞAHÎNÖZ The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the Customs Union (CU) established between Turkey and the European Community (EU) on the Turkish Macaroni industry, of which output is considered as an industrial product, in the EU. For this purpuse, the current situation of the macaroni industry in Turkey was analysed and policies implemented for durum wheat in the European Union and in Turkey and their effects on the macaroni industry. The delphi estimation method was used, in the study so were searched the comments of the concerned authorites on how and to which extent this sector might be influenced by the customs unionwere sought. Similarly, an inquiry survey was conducted among the macaroni factories for ascertaining the present of the macaroni industry situation and the comments of the authorites in the factories who filled in the inquires on the Costums Union for identifying the problems of the sector and for developing for arriving at recommendations to solve the problems' encountered.
