ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi DEGIŞFK BESLEME YÖNTEMLERİNİN ETLİK PİLİÇLERİN PERFORMANSINA ETKİLERİ Reyhan INDIRKAŞ Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Zootekni Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof.Dr. Metin YELDAN Jüri: ProLDr. Metin YEU>AN Prot Dr. Ferda OKAN Doç. Dr. İbrahim ÇİFTÇİ Çalışmada, etlik pflickre başlatma ve büyütme rasyoalarnun verilme sörelirinnt ve daha soara bitirme rasyonu verilip verilmemesinin besi performansına ve ürünün, maliyetine etkileri 192 adet etlik civciv özerinde araştırılmıştır. 6 gruba ayrılan günlük eivcivlerdea t. ve 2. gruptakiiere 1 hafta, 3. ve 4 groptaküere 2 hafta, 5. ve 6. gruptakiiere ise 3 hafta sûre 3e % 23 ham proteini» (HP) -3117 kcal/kg METi başlangıç rasyoaa verilmiştir. Tün gruplara başlangıç rasyona ile besleme döncmlermdcB sonra % 20 HP - 3224 kcal/kg İME Ti büyütme rasyonu verilmiştir. Ancak ]., 3. ve S. gruptaki hayvanlar denemenin 7. haftasında % 18 IIP ve 3273 heal/kg METi bitirme rasyoaa ile beslenmişlerdir. Denemenin 1,2, t,ve î haftalarında grupların canlı ağırnklan arasında önemli farklılıklar saptanmış ise de, 6. ve 7. haftalarda gruplar arasındaki önemli farklılıklar ortadan kaflunıştır. Grupların 7. haftadaki ortalama cana ağırlıkları 2311, 2337, 2368, 2389, 2397 ve 2405 g olarak bahmmuştnr. Grupların 0-3 haftalık döne» dışındaki 3-6, 0-6 ve tam deneme dönemi olan 0-7 baftahk dönemlerde canh ağırhk artışları bakanından önemü farkhhkJar bofonnıanııştır. Yem tüketimi balonundan gruplar arasındaki istatistiki önemli farklılıklar denemenin yalnızca 4. ve 5. haftalarında saptanmış, diğer haftalarda ve 0-3, 3-6, 0-6 ve 0-7 haftalık dönemlerde gruplar arasında yem tüketimi bakımından farklılıklar önemsiz bulunmuştur (P>î)A)5\ Denemenin 0-3, 3-6, 0-6 ve 0-7 haftalık dönemlerinde gruplar arasında yem değerlendirme sayısı bakımından istatistiki önemli farklılıklar saptanmamıştır. 0-7 baftahk tüm deneme döneminde 1 gram canh ağniık artışı içia gruplar sırasıyla 1.69, 1.67, 1.65, 1.67, 1.65 ve 1.62 g yera tüketmişlerdir. Gruplardan elde edika rakamların ekonomik analizinde 0-7 baftahk dönemde en ekonomik sonuç 4. grupta ofmuştnr. Gerçi gruplar arasında 1 kg canlı ağırlık artısı için yem gideri bakımından îstatistiki olarak önemli farkhhklar saptanmamış ise de 6. gruba uygulanan besteme yönteminin ekonomik yönden en uygun yöntem olduğu saptanmıştır. 1999,35 sayfa

ABSTRACT Master Thesis THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT FEED-METHODS ON MEAT TYPE CHICKENS PERFORMANCE Reyhan INDfRKAŞ Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Animal Science Supervisor: Prof.Dr. Metin YELDAN Jury: Prof. Dr. Metin YELDAN Prof.Dr. Ferda OKAN Assoc Prof- Dr. İbrahim ÇÎFTÇİ In this study, an experiment was conducted to search the effects of giving starting and growing rations and then giving finishing rations to 192 meat-type chicken on fattening performance and product cost. The daily old chicks was divided into 6 groups. 23 % crude protein (CP>3117kcal/ftg ME starting ration was given to the 1“ and 2”* groups for 1 week, 3rd and 4th groups for 2 weeks, 5* and 6* groups for 3 weeks All of the groups were fed by 20 % CF-3224 kcal/kg ME ration after the fattening period with starting ration, bat in the 7* week of the experiment 1* 3* and 5* gronpa were fed with 18 % CP-3273 kcai/kg-ME finisher ration. Although significant differences were observed among the live weights of the groups in the 21-, 3?, 4* and 5* weeks of the experiment The differences were removed in the 6 tb and 7 tb weeks. In the 7* week of experiment the Eve weights of the groups were found 231 1, 2337, 2368, 2386, 2397 and 2405 g respectively. No significant differences were foond m the live weight gains of the groops hi the periods of 3-6, 0-6 and 0-7 weeks. Only in the 4 * and 5U weeks of the experiment statistically significant differences were found in the feed consumptions among the groups. In the other weeks and the periods of 0-3, 3-6, 0~ 6 and 0-7 weeks the differences were found nonsignificant (PXU)S). No significant differences were observed in the feed efficiency ratio among the groups in | the 0-3, 3-4, 0-6 and 0-7 week periods of the experiment. In the whole experimental period 0-7 I weeks the groups consumed L69, L67, L65, L67, 1.65 and L62 g feed for 1 g Mve weight gain, | respectively. \ The most ecomooical score was obtained ia the 6* group daring toe period of 0-7 weeks. |. Although there arc no significant differences among the groups in the feed cost for 1 kg live weight gain, the feeding method applied to the animals of 6th group seems the most ecoooeamkal one. 1999, 35 pages
