Özet
Bu çalışma, blok zinciri teknolojisini yeni kurumsal iktisat ve işlem maliyetleri perspektifiyle tartışmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, blok zinciri teknolojisini Hyperledger Fabric çerçevesinden tedarik zinciri yönetiminde işlem maliyetleri üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Hyperledger ekosistemi kendi kripto para birimi olmayan ve firmalara farklı iş modellerinde yeni çözüm önerileri sunan bir blok zinciri ağıdır. Hyperledger ekosisteminin sunduğu olanaklar firmalar açısından risk yönetiminde ve tedarik sürecinde maliyet avantajları yaratmaktadır. Özellikle blok zinciri teknolojisinin iş modellerine sunduğu olanaklar işlem maliyetleri üzerinde etkili olduğundan firmaların blok zinciri tabanlı çözüm önerileri geliştirmelerine yol açmıştır. Bu nedenle çalışmada Mentzer'in vd. tedarik zinciri yönetimi kavramsal modeli, işlem maliyeti perspektifiyle Hyperledger Fabric çerçevesinde yeniden ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle blok zinciri teknolojisi Bitcoin üzerinden ele alınarak tarihsel, teorik ve ideolojik bağlamda“Bitcointalk”ve“Şifrepunk Manifestoları”çerçevesinde nitel metin analizi yöntemiyle incelemiştir. Daha sonra blok zinciri teknolojisi“Genel Amaçlı Teknoloji”kavramı yaklaşımıyla, Hyperledger ekosistemi üzerinden çoklu vaka analiziyle ele alınmıştır. Son olarak, yeni kurumsal iktisat yaklaşımının teorik arka planında tedarik zinciri yönetiminin kavramsal modeli üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre Hyperledger Fabric temelli tedarik zinciri yönetimi firmalara maliyet avantajı, şeffaflık, güvenlik vb. imkânlar sunmaktadır. Özellikle tedarik zinciri yönetiminin çoklu ve karmaşık yapısının Hyperledger Fabric ile daha az karmaşık ve şeffaf bir biçim aldığı ve firmaların tedarik zinciri yönetiminde işlem maliyetlerinden tasarruf etmelerine yol açacak bir yapı sağladığı vurgulanmıştır.

This study discusses blockchain technology from the perspective of new institutional economics and transaction costs. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of blockchain technology on transaction costs in supply chain management from the Hyperledger Fabric framework. Hyperledger ecosystem is a blockchain network that does not have its own cryptocurrency and offers companies new solutions in different business models. The possibilities offered by the Hyperledger ecosystem create cost advantages for companies in risk management and procurement process. Especially, the possibilities offered by blockchain technology to business models have been effective on transaction costs, leading companies to develop blockchain-based solution proposals. Therefore, in this study, Mentzer et al's The supply chain management conceptual model is reconsidered within the framework of Hyperledger Fabric from a transaction cost perspective. In the study, first of all, the blockchain technology was discussed over Bitcoin and examined in the historical, theoretical and ideological context with the qualitative text analysis method within the framework of“Bitcointalk”and“Cypherpunk Manifestos”. Then, blockchain technology was discussed with the concept of“General Purpose Technology”, with multiple case analysis over the Hyperledger ecosystem. Finally, the conceptual model of supply chain management is emphasized in the theoretical background of the new corporate economics approach. According to the findings of the study, supply chain management based on Hyperledger Fabric provides companies with cost advantage, transparency, security, etc. offers opportunities. In particular, it was emphasized that the multiple and complex structure of supply chain management took a less complex and transparent form with Hyperledger Fabric, and it provided a structure that would allow companies to save on transaction costs in supply chain management.
