Özet
Bu araştırmada Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı okul spor salonlarının öğrenci, öğretmen, idare ve okulun genel işleyişi üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Okullarda bulunan spor salonlarının öğrencilerin üzerindeki etkileri konusunda öğrencilerin, öğretmenlerin ve yöneticilerin görüşleri nelerdir? sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Araştırma 2022-2023 öğretim yılında Manavgat'ta spor salonu bulunan okullarda görevli yöneticiler ve öğretmenler ile bu okullarda öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerden elde edilen görüşme kayıtlarıyla sınırlıdır. Araştırma nitel desende oluşturulup araştırmada durum çalışması desenlerinden tek durum deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Antalya Manavgat'ta spor salonu bulunan okullarda görevli 7 yönetici ve 230 öğretmen ile bu okullarda öğrenim görmekte olan 3435 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak çalışma verileri elde edilmiş ve elde edilen veriler bilgisayar paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre okul müdürü, öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin spor salonu algılarının olumlu olduğu söylenebilir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, okul müdürü, öğrenci ve öğretmen katılımcılar, beden eğitimi dersinin spor salonunda işlenişinin ders verimliliğine etkisinin olumlu olduğu, okul müdürü ve öğretmen katılımcıların hepsinin, öğrencilerin diğer derslerde spor salonunu kullanmasının, öğrenci davranışlarına olumlu yansıdığını ifade ettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca öğrenci katılımcıların da çoğunluğu spor salonu kullanan öğrencilerin tutum ve davranışlarına ilişkin olumlu görüşler söylemiştir. Ancak öğretmen katılımcılar ise; yarısı spor salonu kullananımın, öğrencilerin tutum ve davranışlarına olumlu yansıdığını, yarısı da olumsuz yansıdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra okul müdürü katılımcıların çoğunluğu, öğrenci katılımcıların ve öğretmen katılımcıların da çoğunluğu beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin spor salonu kullanma becerilerini yeterli bulmaktadır. Sonuçlar doğrultusunda araştırma da Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı tüm okullarda mutlaka spor salonu olması ve spor salonu olan okullarda, spor salonun fiziki kapasitesi artırılması önerileri sunulmuştur.

In this study, the aim was to determine the effects of school sports halls on students, teachers, administrators, and the overall functioning of the school, as per the Ministry of National Education. The opinions of students, teachers, and administrators regarding the effects of sports halls in schools on students were sought. The research is limited to the interview records obtained from administrators and teachers working in schools with sports halls in Manavgat during the 2021-2022 academic year and students studying in these schools. The research was designed in a qualitative manner, using a single-case design from the case study designs. The population of the study consisted of 7 administrators and 230 teachers working in schools with sports halls in Manavgat, Antalya, and 3,435 students studying in these schools. Semi-structured interview forms were used to collect the research data, and content analysis was conducted using the qualitative research software NVivo 9.2. The results were presented in a descriptive narrative. According to the findings of the research, it can be said that the school principal, students, and teachers have a positive perception of the sports hall. According to the findings of the research, the school principal, student, and teacher participants stated that the implementation of physical education classes in the sports hall had a positive effect on the efficiency of the classes. It was also found that all the school principals and teacher participants expressed that the students' use of the sports hall in other lessons had a positive impact on their behavior. Additionally, the majority of student participants expressed positive views regarding the attitudes and behaviors of students using the sports hall. However, among the teacher participants, it was concluded that half of them believed that the use of the sports hall had a positive impact on students' attitudes and behaviors, while the other half believed it had a negative impact. Furthermore, the majority of school principal participants, student participants, and teacher participants find the physical education teachers' skills in using the sports hall to be sufficient. In line with the results, the research suggests that all schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education should have sports halls and that the physical capacity of the sports halls in these schools should be increased.
