Özet
ÖZET Çıraklık ve Meslekî Eğitim Yasası, çalışan çocuk ve gençleri örgütlü bir sistem içinde çalışırken belli bir programa göre eğitmeyi hedefleyip, bu çocukların fiziksel ve ruhsal bakımdan korunmalarını da amaçlamıştır. Öğrencilerin yasa gereği öğrenimlerinin bir kısmım geçirdikleri atölyelerde ne gibi sağlık, sosyal ve ekonomik risklerle karşılaştığının ortaya çıkartılması işletme lerde meslek eğitimi için oldukça önemlidir. Araştırmanın amacı Türkiye Kömür İşletmeleri Kurumuna bağlı işletmelerde öğrencilerin iş ortamında karşılaştıkları iş güvenliği, iş ilişkileri, sosyal haklar ve e- ğitim-öğretim ile ilgili sorunları saptamak ve değerlendirmektir. Araştırma evreni TKİ Kurumuna bağlı beş işletmede 1997-1998 öğretim yılın da beceri eğitimine devam eden, Endüstri Meslek Lisesi torna-tesviye, motor, elekt- rik-elektronik ve metal işleri bölümünde bulunan 407 öğrencidir. Öğrencinin tama mına ulaşmak ekonomik ve pratik bir yol olarak görülmemiş ve örneklem alma yolu na gidilmiştir. Örneklem oluşturulmasında tabakalı küme örnekleme tekniği kulla nılmış ve evreni yansız örnekleme ile temsil edecek 198 örneklem alınmıştır. Verile rin çözümlenmesinde frekans ve yüzde kullanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda, öğrencilerin iş ortamı ve iş koşullarına ilişkin bazı sorunlar yaşadığı görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin sağlık, ücret, izin, yemek gibi bazı konularda yasadan ve uygulamadan kaynaklanan sorunlara rastlanmıştır. Öğrencile rin eğitim ve öğretimle ilgili konulan amaçlara ulaşamadığı görülmüştür. Araştırma da, meslek eğitimi uygulamasında bazı sorunların yaşandığı görülmüştür. IX

ABSTRACT The law of apprenticeship and vocational training, targeted to educate working children and young men in accordance with a certain program while they are working in an organized system and aimed to protect these children in physical and spiritual aspects. To bring out with what kinds of health, social and economical risks the students face at the workshops where they have a part of their training, pursuant to law, is rather important for vocational training at the operations. The aim of the research is 407 students who continued their vocational training in, 1997-1998 academic year at die five operations affiliated to coal operations administration of Turkey at lathe-levelling, engine, electric-electronics and metal work departments of industrial vocational high school To reach the whole of the students was not deemed as an economical and practical way and the way to receive samples was preferred İn constituting samples. The technique for mass sampling with layers was used and 198 samples were taken who will represent the universe with an objective sampling. İn the analysis of the data, frequency and percantage were used At the end of the research carried out, it has been observed that the students were §}4tfg some problems related with the business environment and working conditions. Problems of the students were observed in some issues such as health, wage, leave, lunch, getting their sources from law and application. İt has been seen that the students could not reach the objectives aimed for education and training. İn the research it has been observed that, there were some problems in the application of vocational training of the students.
