Özet
Sanat; estetik bakımdan güzel olanı görsel, işitsel ve ruhani iyi hissettireni betimlerken aslında içsel yolculuğumuzun, bilinçaltımızın, psikolojimizin ve travmalarımızın bilinçli veya bilinçsiz bir şekilde terapötik yöntemle sağaltım sürecidir. Sanatı nasıl düşünürsek düşünelim hayatımızın içinde insansız düşünemeyiz. Sanat insanlar tarafından olan bir dışavurum süreci ve yine insanlar içindir. Sanatın temeli farklı dallarda işitsel ve görsel açıdan insanın ruhsal doyumudur. İnsanoğlunun varoluşu zamanlarında yalnızca mağara duvarlarına çizilen sanat; ilk olarak iletişimsel ihtiyacı karşılarken daha sonra yerini dini ayinlerde iyi ruh- kötü ruh çağırma ritüellerine ve mumyalama ile terapisel sürecin başlangıcına bırakmıştır. Günümüzde ise ''Sanat Terapisi'' olarak bilinçaltı ile iletişim sağlanmasında en etkili, ruha iyi gelen ve özün en doğru anlatımı ile farklı dallardan oluşan sağaltım süreci halini almıştır. Tez çalışmasında sanat terapisi yönteminin uygulanmasında biçimsel ve içeriksel açıdan ruha, kişiliğe, bilinçaltının dışavurumuna ve insan psikolojisi üzerindeki tedavi edici yönü ile birlikte sanata yansımalarına dair genel bilgiler verilmiş olup çeşitli kaynak ve örnek araştırmaları ile kapsamlı kaynakça taraması örnekleri sunulmuştur. Çalışma yöntem olarak literatür tarama modeli ile hazırlanmıştır. Yazılan bu tez çalışmasında sanat terapisinin tarihsel gelişimi, dışavurumsal bir araç olarak kullanımı, sanat terapisinin çeşitleri, amaç ve hedefleri, yorumlanmasında kullanılabilecek testler, çeşitlerinden görsel sanatlar alanında kullanımı, bazı temel kavramları, sanat terapisi uygulanabilecek durumlar ve alanlar ile sanata yansıyış biçiminde sanatçı örneklemi üzerinden etkileri farklı kaynak ve örneklerden yararlanılarak geniş bir kaynakça yelpazesi kapsamında sunulmuştur.

Art; While aesthetics describes what feels good visually, auditory and spiritually together, it is actually a chart of our inner journey, subconscious, psychology and traumas or unconsciously therapeutic outward healing activity. How can we think of art, we don't think of control in disposal. Art is an expression process by people and it is for people. The basis of art is the spiritual satisfaction of people with their auditory and visual background in different branches. Art drawn only on cave walls during the existence of human beings; While first meeting the communicative need, the place was left to the rituals of invoking good spirits and evil spirits in religious rites and the beginning of the therapeutic process with mummification. Fascinating, on the other hand, has passed the treatment process as“Art Therapy”, which is the most effective in communicating with the subconscious, is good for the soul, and consists of different branches with the most accurate expression of the essence. In the use of the thesis surgical art therapy method, general information about the formal and contextual external spirit, personality, the expression of the subconscious and its therapeutic aspect on human psychology, as well as its reflections on art, various sources and sample researches and extensive bibliographic examples are given. As a study method, it was prepared with the literature review model. In this thesis, the historical development of art therapy, its use as a percussive tool, the types of art therapies, the purpose and score, the dimensions of its effects in interpretation, its use in the field of visual arts, some basic concepts, the applications and areas where art therapy can be applied, and the evaluation of the artist through the effect reflected on the art. The effects are given within the scope of a wide bibliography by making use of different sources and examples.
