Özet
Uyuşturucu madde, günümüzde iç güvenlik problemini tetikleyen birden fazla suç unsurunun ana sorunlarından birisidir. İnsanların uyuşturucu madde kullanmaya başlamasında, birden fazla etken mevcuttur. Bunlara bakıldığı zaman ailevi problemler, arkadaş çevresi, merak duygusu, kendini yalnız hissetme duygusu, ekonomik problemler v.b. Fakat bu maddeye başaladıktan sonra kişi belli bir süre sonra bu maddenin giderek dozajını arttırmaya başlayarak kullanır ve daha sonra bu maddenin bağımlısı haline gelir. Uyuşturucu madde kullanan kişi tabiri caiz ise pimi çekilmiş bir el bombasına dönüşmektedir. Temel olarak kendinden başlayıp, ailesine, arkadaş çevresine ve ülke güvenliğini tehdit edecek bir seviyeye dönüşmektedir. Uyuşturucu madde kullanan kişi sadece uyuşturucu madde kullanma ile kalmayıp, bu maddenin etkisinden kaynaklı olarak birden fazla suça bulaşmaktadır. En basit suçlardan, en azılı suçlara kadar etkisini göstermektedir. Uyuşturucu madde kullanan kişinin vücudunda bir süre sonra madde etkisinden kaynaklı tembellik oluşur. Uyuşturucu madde kullanan kişi bu tembellikle hayatını idam ettirmek için gerekli olan ekonomik özgürlüğü kaybeder. Uyuşturucu madde temin etmek içinde bir ekonomik gelir lazım olduğu için, uyuşturucu madde etkisinde iken normal ekonomik özgürlüğünü kaybeden insan, bir de bu şekilde maddeyi temin edemediği için daha fazla ekonomik sıkıntı içerisine girecektir. Bu ekonomik gücü sağlamak için her türlü suça yönelecek, bir süre sonra ise bu suç türlerini alışkanlık haline getirecektir. İlk başlarda kendi ailesi, daha sonra yakın çevresi, bir sonraki adım olarak tanımadığı insanlara zarar vererek, uyuşturucu maddeyi temin etme yollarına yönelecektir. Toplum içerisinde dışlanmış bir birey olarak boy gösterecektir. Türkiye' de ise bu durumun yaşanmaması için eğitim kurumu başta olmak üzere çeşitli seminerler düzenleyerek, tedavi merkezleri oluşturarak ve kolluk kuvvetleri başta olmak üzere çeşitli kurumları seferber ederek, bu konu ile mücadele etmektedir. Hukuk önünde ise farklı kanun maddelerinde cezaların caydırıcılığı konusunda önlemler alınmaktadır. Uyuşturucu madde kullanımı asla tek başına bir suç değildir, birden fazla suçla bağlantısı mevcuttur.

Drugs is one of the main problems of more than one criminal element that triggers the internal security problem today. There are multiple factors that cause people to start using drugs, such as family problems, circle of friends, sense of curiosity, feeling of loneliness, economic problems etc. However, after starting this substance, the person starts to increase the dosage of this substance after a certain period of time, and then becomes addicted to this substance. The person who uses drugs turns into a hand grenade, so to speak. It basically starts with himself and turns into a level that threatens his family, friends and country security. The person who uses drugs does not only use drugs, but also gets involved in more than one crime due to the effect of this substance. It shows its effect from the simplest crimes to the most notorious crimes. After a while, laziness occurs in the body of the person who uses drugs due to the effect of the substance. By this laziness, the person who uses drugs loses the economic freedom necessary to make a living. Since an economic income is needed to obtain drugs, a person who loses his normal economic freedom while under the influence of drugs will also have more economic problems because he cannot obtain the drug in this way. In order to provide this economic power, it will turn to all kinds of crimes, and after a while, these types of crimes will become a habit. At first, his own family, then his close circle, will turn to ways of obtaining drugs by harming people he does not know as the next step. He will appear as an excluded individual in society. In Turkey, in order to avoid this situation, it is struggling with this issue by organizing various seminars, especially the educational institution, by establishing treatment centers and mobilizing various institutions, especially the law enforcement agencies. Before the law, measures are taken to deter penalties in different articles of law. The use of drugs threatens the internal security of the country. Drug use is never a crime on its own, it is linked to more than one crime.
