Özet

Konutun oluşturulması ve konut kullanım süreci günümüzde yarattığı çevresel etkiler sebebiyle büyük bir sorumluluk olarak görülmektedir. Günümüz konut inşasında bu sorumluluğun göz ardı edilerek konutun sadece barınma amacıyla oluşturulması ve kullanılması birtakım sorunlar ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Konut inşası sırasında, öncesinde ve konut kullanımında harcanan enerji, kaynak ve malzemelerin israfı, ortaya çıkan atık miktarı detaylı olarak ele alınmayı gerektiren başlıca sorunlardır. Çalışmada bu sorunlara çözüm bulmak ve doğaya zarar vermeden artan konut ihtiyacını gidermek hedeflenmektedir. Çevresel sorunlara, konut ve kullanıcı ilişkisine uygun tasarım çözümleri sunmak; konut tasarımını çevresel sorunlara karşı bir çözüm olarak değerlendirmek amaçlanmaktadır. Nüfusa paralel olarak artan konut sayıları göz önüne alındığında yapılacak tasarım modelinin çevre dostu olması ve gelecek nesillerin devamlılığı için ekolojik ilkeler doğrultusunda oluşturulması gerekmektedir. Çalışmada çevresel sorunların çözümünde etkin rol oynayabilecek konutun aynı zamanda günümüz modern yaşam koşullarını destekleyerek toplumun her kesiminin edinebileceği şekilde yaygınlaştırılması hedeflenmektedir. Ekolojik ve permakültür konut tasarımı ile enerjiyi etkin şekilde kullanmak, su korunumunu sağlamak, atık maddeleri geri dönüştürerek tasarım sürecinde yapıya entegre etmek çalışmanın ana konularını oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda oluşturulan çalışmanın amacı insanların içinde rahat yaşayabileceği aynı zamanda çevre ile uyumlu ekolojik konutlar yaratarak onların sosyal yaşantılarına uyumlu mekânlar tasarlamaktır. Bu kapsamda sosyal, psikolojik, ekonomik, ekolojik ve doğa dostu bir tasarım geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada her dönem ihtiyaç duyulan barınma sorununu çözerken; insan sağlığına zarar vermeyen, insanların psikolojik ve sosyal yaşamlarını destekleyen bir fonksiyon oluşturulmuş ve bu prensip doğrultusunda öneri konut modeli tasarlanmıştır. Öneri konut tasarımında; konut sektöründe geri dönüşümü olmayan, insan sağlığına zararlı malzemeler kullanılarak tasarlanan yapıların önüne geçilmesi ve tasarlanan konutun dünya geneline hitap edebilmesi hedeflemiştir.

The creation of housing and the process of housing use are seen as a great responsibility due to the environmental impacts it creates today. In today's housing construction, ignoring this responsibility, the creation and use of housing only for housing purposes creates a number of problems. The waste of energy, resources and materials spent during and before the construction of housing and in the use of housing, the amount of waste generated are the main problems that require to be considered in detail. In the study, it is aimed to find solutions to these problems and to meet the increasing need for housing without harming nature. To provide design solutions to environmental problems, suitable for the relationship between the housing and the user; it is aimed to evaluate housing design as a solution to environmental problems. Considering the increasing number of houses in parallel with the population, the design model to be made should be environmentally friendly and should be created in line with ecological principles for the continuity of future generations. In the study, it is aimed to expand the housing, which can play an active role in the solution of environmental problems, in a way that all segments of the society can acquire by supporting today's modern living conditions. With ecological and permaculture housing design, using energy effectively, ensuring water conservation, recycling waste materials and integrating them into the structure in the design process are the main subjects of the study. The aim of the study created in this context is to design spaces that are compatible with people's social lives by creating ecological housing that is compatible with the environment at the same time that they can live comfortably. In this context, a social, psychological, economic, ecological and nature-friendly design has been developed. While solving the housing problem needed every semester in the study; A function that does not harm human health and supports people's psychological and social lives has been established and the suggestion housing model has been designed in line with this principle. The proposal is in the design of housing; It is aimed to prevent the structures designed by using non-recyclable, harmful materials to human health in the housing sector and to appeal to the world in the designed housing.
