Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı kadın öğretmenlerin toplumsal cinsiyet algısının iç girişimcilik eğilimi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek ve alana katkı sunmaktır. Bu amaçla, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği, girişimcilik ve iç girişimcilik kavramları incelenmiştir. İş gücünün eğitilmesinde ve yetiştirilmesinde öncü olan öğretmenler, araştırmanın çalışma evrenini oluşturmaktadır. 2021-2022 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Erzurum İli Oltu İlçesinde kamu kurumlarında görev yapan toplam 238 kadın öğretmenden 218'ine toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği ve iç girişimcilik anketi uygulanmıştır. İstatistiki verilerin korelasyon ve regresyon denklemleri ve hipotez testleri analizleri SPSS 24 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Analizler neticesinde, kadın öğretmenlerin toplumsal cinsiyet algılarının iç girişimcilik eğilimleri üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Medeni durum, yaş, çalışma süresi, kurumdaki pozisyon ve eğitim durumu gibi demografik verilerde öğretmenlerin toplumsal cinsiyet algıları ve iç girişimcilik eğilimleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar görülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonuçları literatür taraması ile desteklenmiş, sonuç ve öneriler sunulmuştur.

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of female teachers' gender perception on intrapreneurship tendency and to contribute to the field. For this purpose, the concepts of gender equality, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship were examined. Teachers, who are pioneers in the education and training of the workforce, constitute the working universe of the research. In the 2021-2022 academic year, a gender equality and intrapreneurship questionnaire was applied to 218 of a total of 238 female teachers working in public institutions in the Oltu District of Erzurum Province. Correlation and regression equations and hypothesis testing analyzes of statistical data were performed using SPSS 24 program. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the gender perceptions of female teachers have a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship tendencies. Again, there were significant differences between teachers' gender perceptions and intrapreneurship tendencies in demographic data such as marital status, age, working time, position in the institution and educational status. The results of the study were supported by the literature review, and the results and recommendations were presented.
