Özet
47 ÖZET Östrus siklusunun Farklı Dönemlerinde İneklerin Ovidukt Epiteli Üzerinde Işık ve Elektron Mikroskopik Çalışmalar Bu araştırmada, ineklerde seksüel sudusun değişen fazlarında, ovidukt epitelinin histolojik ve histokimyasal özellilerinin, ışık ve elektron mikroskopik düzeyde incelenmesi amaçlandı. Materyal olarak, folliküler ve luteal fazdaki, yaşlan 2 - 5 arasında değişen, Çubuk mezbahasından sağlanan 30 ineğin oviduktu kullanıldı. Işık ve elektron mikroskopik düzeyde yapılan gözlemler sonucunda, tek katlı prizmatik epitelden oluşan lamina epitelyalisin, salgı yapan hücreler ve silyumlu hücrelerden oluştuğu tespit edildi. Bunların yanında, rezerv fonksiyona sahip olduğu düşünülen hücreler ile kama şekilli hücrelere de rastlandı. Östrus ve metöstrus dönemlerinde, hücrelerin yüksekliklerinin ve salgı materyalinin miktarının, diöstrus ve erken proöstrus dönemlerine göre oldukça fazla olduğu saptandı. Histokimyasal yöntemlerle yapılan incelemeler sonucunda ise salgı materyalinin, nötral mukosubstans ile sülfaüı ve karboksilli asidik mukosubstansın karışımı olduğu belirlendi. Östrus döneminde uzun mukozal kıvrımların lümene bakan uç kısımlarında sülfaüı ve karboksilli asidik mukosubstansın yoğun olduğu, kriptlerde ise nötral mukosubstansın artmış olduğu gözlendi. Uygulanan diastaz sindirimi ile glikojenin, hiyaluronidaz sindirimi ile hiyaluronik asit, kondroidin sülfat A ve C glikozaminoglikanlannın, siyalidaz sindirimi ile de siyalik asitin bulundukları yerler ve dönemler tespit edildi.

48 SUMMARY Light and electron microscopic studies on the oviduct epithelium of cows during the different phases of the oestrus cycle The aim of this study was to investigate the histologic and histochemical characteristics of oviductal epithelium of cows during the different phases of the oestrus cycle on the level of light and electron microscop. As a material, 30 oviducts provided from the cows aged between 2-5 years and showed follicular and luteal phases where kept in Çubuk slaughterhouse were used. As a result of light and electron microscopical examinations two main cell types as secretory and ciliated cells were determined in lamina epithelialis formed by simple columnar epithelium. In addiation, the cells which thought to have rezerve function and peg cells observed. In the phases of oestrus and metestrus, the heights and secretory materials of cells were more than those observed in the phases of diestrus and early proestrus. In addition histochemical methods showed that the secretory materials of cells were composed of sulphated and carboxylated acidic mucosubstance and neutral mucosubstance. In oestrus phase, it was observed that the sulphated and carboxylated acidic mucosubstance were dense in apical parts of long mucosal folds faced to lumen, while the neutral mucosubstance increased in the crypts. The amounts and situations of glycogen, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulphate A, C and sialic acid according to the phases were determined by applying digestion of diastase, hyaluronidase and sialidase respectively.
