Özet
Bu çalışmada cerrahi hemşirelerinin hemşirelik sürecine yönelik algılarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Tanımlayıcı türde olan araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilinden sosyal iletişim ağı üzerinden ulaşılabilen ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden tüm cerrahi hemşireler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise evrenin içerisinden araştırmanın verileri açısından anlamlılık düzeyinde cevap veren 200 hemşire oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından hemşirelerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerinin bulunduğu literatüre göre hazırlanan“Hemşire Veri Formu”ve“Hemşirelik Tanılarını Algılama Ölçeği”ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows programı 21.0 versiyon kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, çalışılan hastane, hemşirelik sürecine yönelik eğitim alma durumu ve hemşirelik sürecinin kullanılması gerektiğini düşünme durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the perceptions of surgical nurses towards the nursing process. The universe of the descriptive study consists of all surgical nurses who can be reached through the social communication network and who agree to participate in the research. The sample of the study consists of 200 nurses from the universe who answered at the level of significance in terms of the data of the research. The data of the study were obtained with the“Nurse Data Form”and“Nursing Diagnosis Perception Scale”prepared by the researcher according to the literature containing the socio-demographic characteristics of the nurses. The data obtained in the research were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows program version 21.0. At the end of the research, it was determined that there was a significant difference according to age, marital status, educational status, the hospital where the participant worked, the status of receiving education for the nursing process and the state of thinking that the nursing process should be used.
