Özet
ÖZET Kız Meslek Liselerini kapsayan araştırmamız uygulanan anketlerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda; varolan Tekstil-Hazır Giyim programlarının yeni bir bakış açısıyla, daha çağdaş ve teknik gelişmeleri yakalayabilecek bir yapıya kavuşturulması gerektiğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na ait olan kız meslek liselerinde araştırmalarımızı yürütebilmek için gerekli izin alarak, bu okullarda bulunan öğrencilere anket uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra istatistik yöntemlerle değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Hazır-Giyim müfredat programı içerisinde yer alan bazı düzenlemelerin uygulanışında, bazılarının içerik olarak tespitinde, bazılarının ise öğrenci seviyesine uygun olmayışı, program hazırlanışında bazı eksiklikler ve hatalar belirlenmiştir. Müfredat programı çerçevesinde, bunun öğretmenler tarafından uygulanışında, ya da öğrencilerin öğrenme düzeyinin oluşumundaki olumlu ve olumsuz etkinler tartışılarak, önlem olabilecek öneriler oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmamızda, bu konuda pozitif gelişmelere katkı sağlayacağını düşündüğümüz önerilere yer verilmiştir. Müfredat programı hazırlanmadan önce, hazır-giyim sektörünün işleyiş sistemi incelenerek, iş tanımları ve iş analizlerinin yapılmamış olması müfredat programının alanın çok geniş olmasına ve bu nedenle sorunların çözümünü zorlaştırmaktadır. Hedeflediğimiz grubun taşıdığı genel özellikleri, yüksek öğrenime olan talepleri veya sektör içinde istihdamları gibi önemli konuların çözümüne katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmekle birlikte, bu konuda yapılacak araştırmalara yardımcı olabileceği de düşünülebilir. Araştırmamız süresince Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na ait veya üniversitelere ait tamamlanmış bir çalışmaya rastlanmaması da çalışmamıza bu anlamda bir görev yüklemektedir. IE

SUMMARY As a result of the evaluation of the questionnaire having been applied to our research cover- in" the Training High-Schools for Girls, it has been found out that the still existing Textile- Ready-Made-Clothing Course Curriculum Programs require to be converted under a new aspect into a new structure in order to enable it to catch the most modern and updated and upgraded technical developments. After having obtained the necessary permission, we performed our researches at the Train ing High-Schools for Girls of the Ministry of National Education, and applied our question naire to the pupils of these schools. Thereafter the questionnaire form-sheets have been evaluated by statistical methods. Our researches have shown that there were some mistakes and shortcomings not only with regard to and in the application of several regulations and systems within the Ready-Made- Clothing Course Curriculum Program but also with regard to the context of some programs, and it has also been ascertained that some programs and curriculums are not suitable and applicable to the pupils. Within the framework of the Curriculum Program, also its applica tion by teachers and its positive and negative effects on the learning and comprehension process of the pupils have also been discussed and accordingly some suggestions which could be deemed as measures for these problems have also been offered. That means, that our researches cover also some suggestions which, according to our opin ion, could contribute to some positive developments in this field.As prior to preparation of the Curriculum Program neither any investigations on the operat ing and running system of the ready-made-clothing sector nor any work definitions and work analyzes have been made, the scope of coverage of the existing Curriculum Program is too much wide, so that this situation makes the solution of the problems in this sector more difficult and leads to complexity. Our researches show not only the general features of our target group, but also their de mand to academic education and the employment problems within this sector; and con tributes, so we think, some solution to such problems; furthermore we hope that our re search can constitute an auxiliary support to other similar researches. The fact that we, during our researches, could not find any completed research of the Min istry of National Education or of any University in this field charged a special commission and duty to our research and showed how important it was to carry out such a research and investigation in this area.
